For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home for any amount of time. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
