LIVING AREA The sunlit living area is furnished with a comfy sofa and two recliners. Watch favorite shows on the 70” flat-screen TV or simply curl up by the window to enjoy the view. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen features sleek granite countertops and shining stainless steel appliances. Start your vacation days with morning coffee at the island bar for two. When it’s time to eat, share festive meals around the table for six. BED & BATH This two-story rental sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms. Beautifully designed, the master bedroom boasts a king bed, lagoon views, and a 55” TV with Roku. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a king bed, a 55” flat-screen TV with Roku. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, full-size bed, lagoon views, and 55” flat-screen TV with Roku. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. A half bath provides additional convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Enjoy the beautiful weather at any time on your private deck. The bar seats four and provides a perfect perch for afternoon snacks. The back deck overlooks a lagoon where you can spot birdlife and even an occasional alligator. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, beach chairs, and toys are provided in the rental. Unassigned parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles in the open community lot. Your reservation at this rental does not include access to Kiawah Island Golf Resort amenities. This rental is accessed via five steps at the entryway. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Have stayed here a few times. Convenient to gate and beach, nicely appointed. Had some trouble with the door lock but it was handled appropriately. Would stay again.

My daughter and I were in the area for a wedding and decided to make a weekend break here instead of staying in the city. So glad we did! The peacefulness and relaxing atmosphere was just what we both needed. The unit was wonderful and very spacious. Sitting on the back deck listening to nature as well as seeing an alligator in the lagoon was great! We look forward to returning for a longer stay in the near future.

We loved this location! There is a consistent drip from the air conditioner that you can hear in the master. We drowned it out with sleep music since it was annoying us.

10 minutes walk to the beach and and golf club house. We read it did not include the pool access and normally we are “beach people”, but it was way to windy for the beach. If it had included pool access,beach chairs and beach towels under description of amenities I would have given it a (5 star rating )

It was very nice and what we ecpected. The only problem was that there were a number of ants coming out of spots in the walls and it felt a little creepy. They assured of this would be sprayed and problem resolved so a new tenant should not have to worry about this.

Secluded, but not isolated, this home was exactly what we were hoping for in a place to spend catch up time with friends while enjoying weather we don’t have at this time of year in Minnesota. We are not golfers so the many beautiful courses around our rental were just additional landscaping for us. It was the Island beaches just minutes away that were the high point of being on Kiawah Island. Day trips to kexperience Charleston cuisine and history added a bit of diversity and made it even better to be returning the serenity of Kiawah at end of day.

I would love to have given all 5 stars. The location with the view of the lagoon was awesome. The house is very nice and the kitchen was pretty well stocked! It was clean enough but there were some area that weren’t clean. We had very large ants in the master bedroom and teeny ants in the other upstairs bedroom. Our biggest issue was the ac system. It is a very nice Newt system. Midweek someone was doing work under the house and was pounding on the floor at about 9:30 in the morning. When we came back at the end of the day the house was very warm and the ac system was not working. We contacted Turn key who was very responsive and got someone out there to fix it within a few hours. The problem was quite complicated and took a while to fix but he got it back up and running. The problem then became that we weren’t able to regulate the temperature. No matter how we set it, it would constantly drop back to a very low temperature. We contacted Turn key again but no one called or came to resolve that issue. When we were driving home we received a phone call from a Turnkey rep who offered us $100 for our troubles when the system went out. That was nice. I told her again about the other issues that didn’t get resolved (the ants and the ac system at the end of the week). We haven’t heard more about that. Other than those issues, the house was very good. If those issues are resolved, I would stay there again. You could hear some noises from the house next door, like the kitchen chairs scraping on the floor and the little ones running around, but that didn’t bother us too much.

We loved the downstairs half bath, living room and kitchen was well layer out. I loved my upstairs bedroom, bathroom and especially the closet it was awesome. We loved the cleaning crew they do a wonderful job! Great communication with TurnKey. Very prompt and very detailed. We would stay again and definitely recommend to everyone! Bike rentals was in walking distance, love the bike trails. Beach was close, you could drive ,ride your bike and even a short walk not bad at all. Restaurants were 5-10 minutes down the road perfect vacation!
