Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Went to check in and house had not been clean ( dirty beds, towels on floor, dirty kitchen, food on the floor!) Had no gas for the house!! ( no showers or use of stove). No gas grill ( had 4 empty gas tanks!) terrible service!!! As of now no compensation !!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house.. It was beautiful inside out. Great location. However I wish the amenities provided were as great as the house.. the dishwasher just dint work at all. We had to re-do all the dishes so it was a big bummer for us as we had to waste our time cleaning dishes.. we also dint find the pool table and only thing available were the sticks.

The house is spacious and comfortable. The beach is about a mile away which worked for us as we biked but might be a problem for some.

This home is perfect for multi families. The 3 king sized beds plus other bedrooms make for a perfect week vacation at the beach. We love the large screened in porch- especially on rainy days. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We have enjoyed this home for 10 years.
