Whip up delicious recipes with an array of helpful gadgets. Gather for meals at a dining table for six. BED & BATH The villa accommodates up to six guests between two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Tranquility awaits in the master suite, detailed with a king bed and a 40” TV. The en-suite bathroom features an en-suite tub/shower combination and a bright double vanity. The guest room is appointed with a queen bed, XL twin bed, and a flat-screen TV. The shared en-suite bathroom, which is also accessible via the hallway, features an updated sparkling tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Find comfy seating on the private covered balcony, a breezy space overlooking a glittering lagoon. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Unassigned parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles in the lot with a parking pass. This single-level villa is accessed via seven steps at the entryway. Please note this property does not have access to Kiawah Island Golf Resort amenities. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and also appreciated the little touches like dishwasher packets, laundry detergent, soaps, etc. to make us feel at home. The unit was spacious and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio overlooking the pond. Close to the beach and all Kiawah activities. We would stay again!

Enjoyed the property! Only dings are that the stove top didn't work during our stay and the walk to the beach was a little longer than expected. Overall, it was wonderful!

The property was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and very nice. The kitchen had so many useful things. Thank you!! Thank you for sharing the porch overlooking the pond. The beach toys and games were perfect!.

The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and super quiet. We especially enjoyed the screened porch overlooking the lagoon. The beach was beautiful and only a short pleasant walk from the condo.

Great Location right next to Sanctuary adn beach. Extremely clean and roomy. Great view of Lagoon. Check-in with Vacasa was the easiest ever. I've stayed at Kiawah several times and you have to check in at the Rental office. With Vacasa, you just use your code and you're in the unit with no time wasted.

I loved how beautifully decorated this Villa was. All the beautiful foliage and baby deer right outside my screen porch. The cleaning crew is to be commended!!!!!!

The condo is wonderful, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Updated furnishings and everything you need in the kitchen. We loved the screened-in porch as well. The Cj do is a short ride or walk to the beach. The bike/walking trails are shaded mostly so yiu can avoid the heat. We had an amazing trip and we will be back.

My family and I stayed here for spring break. The condo was perfect and had everything we could have needed. The screened in porch was very relaxing and peaceful, a great place to wind down at the end of the day. The location was great; close to the Sanctuary and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely stay here again
