Very clean, very nicely decorated, geared towards families (pool table, ax throwing, shuffle board etc) very spacious. Host was responsive and helpful. My only concern was that it sleeps 16 on the listing but there are extra charges for guest over 10 staying overnight. But other than that, it was great. The location doesn’t do the house justice but it never felt unsafe or bad.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Everything we needed was available and everyone in my family (all age ranges) had something to do to keep them entertained in this home. Yandiry was quick to respond to my messages and provided everything as promised when I booked this beautiful home. We look forward to another visit!!

The neighborhood with run-down houses is a generous average rating and doesn't reflect the nicer interior. The house is very nice on the inside, but the A/C unit keeps the downstairs cold, but the upstairs hot (80+). To make our stay even more unpleasant, the hot water heater is unable to handle four showers. My husband and I ran out of hot water every single day. We timed our showers and the hot water lasted 4 minutes. More money should have been spent on functionality and less on interior design.

This nicely redone house in an early 1980's neighborhood comfortably accommodated 3 couples (could have fit 4), was spacious, and had a nice flow for visiting. Proximity to the Rim, La Cantera, and John T Floore's Country Store made our stay as we were there for a reunion of friends and a concert.
