We enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were nice and as described. Having the fenced in yard was very convenient with the pups and children. We would stay here again. The host was very quick and easy to communicate with.

The house was excellent, exactly as advertised. 3 little bears was stocked with way more essentials than any where we have ever rented. Sarah was very easy to communicate with and very thorough to make sure we had all info we could have needed in advance.

Sarah was an excellent host. Her property was very clean and very nice. Close to everything. Check in was super easy and Sarah was on point in helping us in way she could. I highly recommend the 3 Little Bears for any vacation or getaway to Payson.

The Three Little Bears was simply wonderful. The TLBs was very clean and met all our needs. The only downside was the neighborhood was somewhat unkept.

We stayed about a week--nice updated home. Kitchen was well stocked, comfortable bedrooms. The home was well maintained & clean. Near downtown Payson, but far enough away so there was no traffic noise. I would stay here again!

Very nice place and well stocked with everything (except food of course). Host is super responsive and very kind. Great place for dogs. The check out time of 10:00 is one hour earlier than any other places we have rented so we had to leave the dishwasher running when we left. Little hard to be all cleaned up and out by 10:00am but otherwise we had a great time and would recommend it to all

Three Little Bears was wonderful. Extremely clean and well stocked with everything. Quiet, peaceful setting. Beautiful public park close by with nice walking trails and very dog friendly. The host was fantastic.

My family spent a weekend here to escape Phoenix. Great location close to everything. We had a wonderful stay. Loved the cozy vibe in the house. Dogs had a good time hanging out in the fenced backyard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described and had all the conveniences of home. The extra little touches were very appreciated. The location is perfect. There was plenty to do around the house and it was close enough for a day trip to Mogollon Rim and Willow Springs Lake. We traveled with 3 teens and they asked when we could return before we even left. Sarah was a perfect host, always available for questions and responded very quickly. We will definitely return.

Everything about this home was great. Check in was impossibly easy, the decorations and details were so thought out and homey, it was stocked with many necessities you wouldn’t think to bring with you for a weekend trip! Sara was very communicative and friendly, it just was a great weekend. 1 and only thing I would say is.. having young children, it was hard having the heater go into eco mode and drop to 45-50 degrees at night. That said though.. there were plenty of blankets to accommodate! I would definitely recommend this home :)

Check in was easy. Property owner was very communicative and helpful. The property is clean and well maintained with a lot of thoughful touches throughout. We didn't have any pets with us but it has a perfect fenced area for small to medium dogs. The only drawback was the pillows supplied were a little on the stiff side. I always travel with my own pillow so I do recommend bringing one of your own. This is a great little property in the heart of Payson. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!

What a great spot to relax and unwind! The home has been updated and you get the sense the owners care as soon as you walk in the door, the coffee bar is a nice touch. Plenty of space outside for your fur buddy with a fenced in yard. We will be back!
