Surrounded by lush foliage and sweeping views of the pond from nearly every room in the house there will be no lack of scenery and outdoor fun to be had. The furnished deck will be the hub for summer cookouts with a gas grill, ample outdoor seating, and a grassy lawn for the kiddos to play on. Plus, everyone will love walking from the back yard to the water's edge to launch kayaks or sip a favorite beverage with their toes in the water! Inside, there will be an equal amount of fun to be had with the open layout of the full kitchen, living room, and dining area that make mingling a breeze from room to room. Add the flatscreen TV, free WiFi, and vaulted ceilings, and this space becomes truly one of a kind. When mealtimes come around, the culinary-inclined guests will have all of the major appliances and cookware needed to whip up tasty meals right at home base. With everything needed for a memorable stay, a visit to Lovells Landing may just be a yearly tradition! THINGS TO KNOW -*The fireplace is not operational. -Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. -*Please be respectful of the neighborhood/neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum. -There are small surround-sound speakers mounted on the ceiling of the living room. -Exterior lighting includes multiple lights on the decks and a motion/dawn-dusk sensor. -There are five kayaks provided. Four single ones and one double. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: There are 3 exterior cameras at the property. a) Front "Ring" doorbell camera b) Exterior camera attached above front deck/pointed away from house, towards driveway c) Exterior camera attached above back deck/pointed away from house, towards pond/kayaks Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The house and property is gorgeous! Many things to do inside and out of the residence. I was disappointed of the outdoor/yard maintenance. Tons of leaves on the ground, yard hasn't been cleaned up. We still enjoy the beautiful views, back porch, kayaking, fishing , etc.

We loved our stay at this oasis! It was just as described and the view looking over the water is so calming and peaceful! The ONLY thing I would suggest is lighting up the entrance to the drive (or making the address sign bigger). We arrived after dark and we passed it several times (and turned into other drives) before finally figuring out which drive to turn down. Other than that, everything was perfect. We will definitely be back again!

This is a huge house with tons of space for way more guests than we had. Great location to essential necessities but also not far from cute shops and beaches. Loved the deck! Some of the kitchen supplies were limited for our foodie family and no soap in the bathrooms, but overall a good stay.

If I could buy this house, retire now and have every summer just like last week - I would be forever happy. We mostly stuck around the house enjoyed the pond, the house and the yard. The house was more spacious than expected and very comfortable. We were far enough from everyone to get away but a short drive to the Cape things that we wanted to do. I've stayed in around a dozen rentals over the years and this is one of the best!

Very quiet area. Enjoyed the pond view, open floor plan of house and ease to get to other parts of the Cape. Just my husband and I getting away for a few days of R&R.

Beds were comfy, whole house was clean. Spacious main area and gorgeous views from the deck! Only issue was kayaking- to get down to the lake wasn't sloped enough to think climbing back up with a kayak would be safe. Other than that great!

Myself and 3 friends had a girls weekend and stayed at this home. Home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The grounds and back deck was beautiful and loved staying on a pond and we used the kayaks and it was so much fun.
