If you’re looking for attractions further afield, you’re right in the middle of luscious Hill Country and central Austin is around 25 miles south. Before you start exploring, take some time to enjoy your home base. Start the day with coffee and end it with a cocktail on the private flagstone patio in your backyard. The kids will love playing in the large, fenced yard while you relax. Inside, you’ll find a stylishly decorated, welcoming space. The large, eat-in kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space to keep the chef happy. In the evening, there’s room for the whole family to spread out on the leather sectional and stream a movie or post the day’s pics to social media. At the end of a fun day, relax in the central AC and fire up the gas grill for a simple dinner. Comfortable bedrooms await at the end of your first – and every – perfect vacation day. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available using your own account. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Loved hone and layout, emwell stocked kitchen, adustable master bed, great TV, internet fibmne nice all around. Only thing A/C and refrig a bit noisy

Great property. Impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked. We prepared a Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. The only problem was the secondary bedroom bed was broken and our guest used the couch instead. Lovely place and we had a wonderful time!

Why am I getting so many messages from both businesses? I already detailed the significant problems we noted that need to be corrected before anyone else stays at this house, including fixing the broken bed! Please check with vrbo's review. We generally thought this was a nice house and don't want to give a harsh review, but trust that you will fix the bare wires coming through the wall in the living room; the dryer lint that needs to be vacuumed, the broken toilet paper holder, and improved directions for how to start the dishwasher (label the unlabeled wall switch).

Roomy, family friendly home close to Old Settlers Park and sports complex. Great restaurants nearby and easy commute to Georgetown and Austin.

We were very very pleased with our stay. The home was VERY spacious! The beds were so soft and comfy! The neighborhood was very peaceful! I will definitely be staying here on every trip to Austin. It was very close to the water park as well!

The location was good. As for the property, think grandma’s house with aging beds where someone swapped out the cable for Roku without instructions. The master bedroom was big but the other two bedrooms were smaller than appeared in the online ad. Supplies were lacking. Nice fenced backyard.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for us to see family and friends in Round Rock, Hutto and Austin. We would for sure stay at this property again. I would suggest having a cutting board and dish towels available for guest at the house.
