We can sometimes be overlooked for our larger sister city but that works in our favor. We offer all the trappings of Austin minus the hustle and bustle. Business travelers are also welcomed. We are 4 miles from the Kalahari Resort. Our home offers the perfect family/group environment. The open concept floor plan ensures no one feel excluded and offers plenty of space. The modern kitchen provides all the accessories needed to create a truly home cooked meal. While the living room is a great gathering location. Our three bedrooms offer ample sleeping for a large family or group. Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city. Being that we are located in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options. We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest. We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you. No Shoes in the house. No Pets under any circumstances.
