About this condo rental

Situated in Snowmass Village, this attractive condo for $206 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. ******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals****** 2 bedrooms plus sleeping loft 3 baths Sleeps 6 * Bedroom 1 - Queen bed and en-suite bath with shower * Bedroom 2 - Queen bed * Bathroom 2 - Full bath with tub and shower combo * Bonus Lofted sleeping space - located above the living area with two twin beds that can be bridged to one king (request at time of booking), flat screen TV and en-suite bath with tub and shower. Fully equipped kitchen Living room with gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings Flat screen TV Washer and Dryer In unit pack and play Balcony One assigned parking space. Additional cars will need to park in the numbered lots 1 mile away. Common area outdoor hot tub Large outdoor pool (pool is summer only) On free shuttle to lifts/restaurants/grocery - 3/4 mile to Base Village. When staying in this vacation rental you will appreciate the many windows of the corner location, the easy access to the hot tub area, the vaulted ceilings and great storage! The flexible bedding makes this rental perfect for couples, friends or a family to travel together and enjoy sharing accommodations where you can relax together at the end of a great day exploring. The dining table is set in a great corner with large windows and is a very inviting spot to share a meal, play a board game or relax over a glass of wine. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can prepare great meals during your stay or take a quick shuttle up to the village for dinner out in one of Snowmass's many great restaurants. Located just a short free shuttle ride to the villages and ski area you get the ease of access to the resort amenities but at a great price. Situated next to the pool and hot tub area, complimentary parking for one vehicle in front of the building, and access to the resort shuttle combine to make this condo is a great option for your visit to Snowmass. The convenient Snowmass resort shuttle, that stops just 100 yards from the condo, runs every 15 minutes during the winter daytime hours and 30 minutes in the evening, up to the base village lifts, shops and restaurants. In the summer months you can hop on your bike and be on a trail in 5 minutes or the shuttle can whisk you right up to enjoy the many on mountain activities. We look forward to welcoming you! This condo is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access. We may be able to provide luggage assistance as needed with advance notice. ***Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort*** Portable AC units for the bedrooms are available for rent but must be reserved at time of booking. Limited quantity available - please check for availability before confirming your stay if AC is needed. Stayed for graduation unfortunately most things in snowmass were closed including the Gondola.
