This spot borders the Blue Turtle Bay Marina. This fantastic townhouse is filled with lots of natural light, comfortable furniture, and all the comforts you look for in a vacation home. Gather on the rooftop deck of this corner unit with balconies in every room to watch the spectacular sunsets. Gather together on the soft furniture to take in a movie night on the large TV or just have great conversation in the living area. Prepare grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable, perfect for a great night's rest from the day's activities. The main bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, a spacious closet, a luxurious walk-in shower, and spectacular views from the private balcony. If you need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace is available in one of the guest bedrooms, complete with a desk and chair. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Tennessee LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This is a great location because you are close to several golf courses and walking distance to the marina. The town house is spacious and provides a great view of the marina.

We went for a big concert at the stadium and a birthday celebration weekend. This property was perfect. Lots of room. Loved that each bedroom had its own balcony. Each had its on bathroom, except the one on the very bottom floor. Loved the rooftop patio. Great views of the lake/river. The restaurant at the marina has great food. Not very far drive to Opryland area or downtown. Would definitely stay again. Just an FYI: lots of stairs/steps. If you’re someone with mobility issues, this would not be a good place for you to stay. For us, we really enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back and bring our boat and go out on the lake.

Old Hickory Lake is magical and the location of our house was the best. Spacious & modern w/ hominess. Lots of balconies & porch spaces, easy walking to Sam’s Grill, beautiful historic neighborhood…simply the best!

This was a good spot for visiting a family friend. About 20 minutes outside of Downtown, it is a nice spot if you have a boat or better yet, know someone with a boat nearby. Shopping is about 15 minutes away. We stayed with our 4 children 3-7 yrs old and it worked out great with the kitchen, laundry, and 3 bathrooms.

The home was exactly like it is portrayed in the picture; there were no surprises. Everything was spotless and organized, and the area was terrific. 10/10 stay!

This unit was great for me and my teenage kids. There was plenty of room and the kids loved the upper deck. The only people I wouldnt recommend it to is someone that has trouble getting up or down stairs. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and I would stay here again.

It's a little tough to review this property without giving the full story because we were originally booked at a cottage along the river. But the homeowner was ill and unable to rent to us at the last minute. Vacasa as the property management did a great job of getting us switched to this property. When we arrived, the previous renters had trashed the property and the poor cleaning guy was busting butt getting it ready for us. Once we were in, it's a nice little place to stay outside of Nashville, nicely decorated and plenty of space for us.
