We had an amazing stay and we were super-satisfied with everything. Communication with the host was great and he was very helpful, making the entire process from check-in to check-out completely effortless. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything went smoothly. The location is excellent, situated right nearby restaurants, cozy café, and a supermarket, while also being just 100 meters away from the sea and the promenade. A solid 10 out of 10:)

We had a lovely stay. The host was very kind and helpful, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything was as expected, and we would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment entrance/staircase is a bit worn (not in a good way) but the apartment itself is very nice: good light, pretty floors, decent furnishings. The facilities are in good working order (except for bathroom drain — see below). Water pressure is good. Washing machine nice to have. We found street parking nearby.
Only one air conditioning unit (in the master bedroom) so the living room where the additional bed is gets pretty warm with the br door closed. We were there on a Saturday night so there was street noise (motorcycles and cars) late into the evening. The drain in the shower needs to be cleared out — water backs up and accumulates when showering. Location is a 1.5 km wall to historic center.

We enjoyed being pretty close to downtown and near the ocean. It was easy to use as a launch point for our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included including coffee! We supplemented it with fresh fruit for a great morning start!
The location from the outside and the communal hallway and stairs are very run down and dirty. I thought there was not way we were at the right spot at first.
