The apartment was amazing. Newly renovated, modern facilities. Large rooms and functional kitchen. Comfortable beds. Excellent location. Minutes away from the ocean lungomare walkway and short distance to vecchio Bari. Grocery store around the corner. Giorgio was very king, communicative and helped us out in many ways. Giorgio is definitely a “Super Host”. Highly recommend!!!
The only thing is maybe to have a toaster in the kitchen. Other than that there is absolutely complain about!

The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and spacious. Every room has air conditioning, including the kitchen. The apartment’s style is perfect - everyone will feel right at home. The quality is evident in the little details, such as high-quality (and refilled!) hand soap, bottled water for each guest, coffee capsules, and more. The apartment is very quiet, and the windows in each of the three bedrooms can be closed with blinds or shutters. There are streets all around the building where you can park your car. The cost is 1 euro per hour. Payment is required from Monday through Saturday between 8:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. The apartment is perfectly located. It’s just a few minutes walk to the main pedestrian promenade right by the sea. Communication with the owner was excellent. Before my arrival, I received all the information I needed about accessing the apartment. There were no issues at all. If I ever come back to Bari, I’ll return here without hesitation. I highly recommend it to everyone!
