The room was spacious and very clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Good location, about a 10 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Great communication from the host, Alberto, who was extremely accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at Olimpia House in Bologna. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and offered great value for money. Alberto was a fantastic host: friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond. He made the check-in process smooth and ensured we had everything we needed. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna.
8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
- Friendly host
- Good location near the city centre and railway station
- Easy check-in and check-out plus possibility to store your bags
- pillow was very thin and small
- distracting smells from common kitchen (neighbours were cooking something)

Excellent host, great location, very clean room, delicious pasta place within walking distance
The walls are thin and you can hear through them, so the quality of your experience might depend on your neighbours
