The owner is nice. The room cute and with everything you need.
The pillows were not the best for me. One too thin and the other one too thick.

Very good location, grand building with elevator, big room and bathroom, frigde. Overdecorated for our taste. Warm apartment although heating in the room cannot be seen.
Breakfast - cake, biscuits, crackers, some jam. Capsule coffee maker and filter coffee maker. I left 2 crackers on the table in my room, and a packed croissant, and for my surprise they were taken. I had my own similar packed piece of food and it was taken, too.
The lady owner or staff shouldn't do that.
Bedside lamps have broken glass "petals" and must be changed.

The place is well located in Bologna, close to the train station.
The room we booked had a shared bathroom with the host. The host was not respecful, of us using the facilities that we paid for. Knocking on the door quite hard, while I was still in the bathroom. As well as restrictions on the airco use.
