Very lovely, clean, modern room. Lovely bathroom too. Good air-con. Very comfortable bed. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. Location was pretty good as not too far to walk to the train station and main hub of Bologna

Beautiful, clean, modern room and bathroom. Very quiet, excellent for sleeping. Location is 10mins walk into the main shopping strip and square, secure car park 2 mins walk (through a lively local park). Easy to drive to from the highway. Yes a few up and down stairs to get to the elevator but it’s well sign-posted and efficient. Room had kettle and coffee maker and fridge which was a nice touch. Breakfast is in a cute local bar just outside the building. A great base for 2 nights.
Bathroom was lovely but shower pressure from the rain shower was poor and not the hottest. Handheld shower is better but not so convenient.

Francesco is a kind host, the bath is clean and well-equipped, the apartment is close to the city center (10 min walk)
the walls are paperthin, which means you can hear everything going on around, the breakfast consists of one croissant and one coffee in a nearby café
