The room was really nice, we had everything we needed, including coffee. The hosts were very nice and helped us with all the questions we had and also recommendations for visiting and eating in the city. A lovely experience!

The room was amazing ,super clean and comfortable.The location perfect to walk everywhere in Bologna and the manager of the rooms was helpful, friendly and accommodated our every need.He even let us check in earlier than the normal check in times. We will definitely choose the same rooms for our next trip to Bologna.

I think the quality and quantity of the breakfast served to a café next door could be better.

Francesco is a kind host, the bath is clean and well-equipped, the apartment is close to the city center (10 min walk)

the walls are paperthin, which means you can hear everything going on around, the breakfast consists of one croissant and one coffee in a nearby café

Here is not a hotel. Just a room in an apartment. You can hear everything from next room and the apartment owner’s room.
