Great house in super location
Really nice comfortable and well equipped house.
Short walk to the town centre ( 5 minutes) with access to restaurants, etc.
Well located to explore Zeeland.
The landlord was very helpful, friendly and responsive.

Wunderbare Tage in Goes
Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat einen herrlichen Garten. Die Bilder, die in der Anzeige waren sind vollkommen richtig, aber die Räume sind in Wirklichkeit noch schöner. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und versprüht den Charme der vergangenen Zeit gepaart mit der Bequemlichkeit von heute. Die Zimmer sind groß und hell, die Betten waren sehr bequem und alles war sehr liebevoll für uns vorbereitet. Es gab Blumen und Gebäck und sogar Tee war schon gekocht. Danke Josè! Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind immer noch nicht ganz zuhause.....

Wir, drei Erwachsene und zwei Hunde, haben eine Woche in dieser außergewöhnlichen Stadtvilla verbracht. Es stimmte alles auf den Punkt. Die Einrichtung, die Ausstattung ( AGA Herd, Sonos Soundbar, drei Kamine, etc.) Alles, was man zum Leben braucht ist vorhanden. Ein traumhafter, großer Garten, komplett ummauert, mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, eine Oase der Ruhe in der wir und unsere Hunde sich mehr als wohlgefühlt haben. Außergewöhnlich auch die herzliche, liebenswerte Vermieterin! Vielen Dank, Jos, dass wir bei euch wohnen durften.

Mooie oud herenhuis waarin je je meteen thuis voelt. Gelegen aan de haven van Goes. Je loopt zo het stadje in.
Hoge plafonds, veel licht. Gezellige eetkeuken, ruime kamers, mooie badkamer met sauna! en last but not least een geweldige tuin! Super verblijf.

Wie Zeeland wil verkennen en geen standaard vakantiewoning zoekt, maar een uniek historisch pand, voorzien van alle moderne gemakken, met een heerlijke grote besloten tuin en eigen parkeergelegenheid, kunnen wij deze woning zeker aanraden.

Een super gezellig huis!
Wij werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw. De bedden waren gedekt en er waren voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. Het huis was super gezellig met veel kaarsjes en mooie decoratie, heel aangenaam. We hebben er van genoten! De ligging in het mooie Goes was goed, op wandelafstand van het gezellige centrum. We hadden een leuk eindejaar!

Rundum sehr empfehlenswert
Wir (4 Erwachsene plus 1Hund) trafen auf eine unglaublich freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin, die uns ihr außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, großzügiges Haus samt wunderschönem Garten (komplett eingezäunt, perfekt für den Hund) mit tollem alten Baumbestand und liebevoll arrangierten Details in perfekter Lage diekt am Stadthafen und am Rand des attraktiven Zentrums von Goes überließ. Zudem ist die Umgebung für Fahrradausflüge z.B. an die See wie geschaffen. Wir fühlten uns alle pudelwohl, verbrachten abwechlungsreiche Tage und sagen: Herzlichen Dank!

rundum Top! Weit entfernt von einem gewöhnlichen Ferienhaus!
Ein beeindruckendes, wunderschönes, altes Stadthaus. Top gepflegt, blitzsauber und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was man benötigen könnte. Mit hohen Stuckdecken, drei offenen Kaminen (einer davon im Schlafzimmer), urgemütlicher Küche mit Aga-Herd. Großer Garten den wir während unseres Aufenthalts bedingt durcht die Jahreszeit leider nicht nutzen konnten. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ortskern sowie zum Stadthafen gelegen. Einziges Manko sind die zwei zur vielbefahrenen Straße liegenden Schlafzimmer, die Aufgrund der historischen Bausubstanz nur einfach verglast und damit recht laut sind. J. ist eine freundliche, zuvorkommende und großzügige Gastgeberin die einen jederzeit mit den benötigten Informationen versorgt. Kurzum: wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Excellent location with a lovely view from the house and short walk into town with shops, market and plenty of cafes and restaurants (our dogs became very used to sitting under tables!). Lots to do in the surrounding area with unspoilt, uncommercialized beaches, safe cycling and interesting places to visit. My son and husband enjoyed a trip to the DeltaPark to see the storm surge barrier and my daughter enjoyed an exhibition at the Kunsthal in Rotterdam. A great holiday!

Alles überdurchschnittlich, allerdings an einer befahrenen Straße gelegen
Das Haus mit jedem einzelnen Zimmer, das wunderbare Badezimmer, die gemütliche Küche mit dem AGA Ofen, der gepflegte Garten, alles war ausserordentlich sauber und in der Ausstattung für ein Ferienhaus überdurchschnittlich. Allerdings liegen 2 Schlafzimmer an der befahrenen Hauptstraße und durch die schlecht isolierten Fenster hört man jedes Fahrzeug, das vorbei fährt. Deshalb ein Stern Abzug. Ansonsten alles top, auch die Erreichbarkeit der Eigentümerin, sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Vielen Dank für alles, Bettina mit Freunden

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist noch viel schöner, als die Fotos es zeigen. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und unterstreicht den Chsrme dieser geräumigen Stadtvilla. Der riesige Garten ist ein Traum, und man kommt nicht umhin, ihn oft zu nutzen, obwohl der Strand nicht weit ist. Die Ausstattung geht über jedes uns bisher bekannte Maß hinaus, wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Selbst Gästezahnbürsten waren vorhanden (um nur ein Beispiel zu nennen), falls man seine eigene Zahnbürste vergessen hat. Überall im Haus und selbst auf dem Gartentisch standen frische Blumenarrangements, und die herzliche Vermieterin José empfing uns mit frisch gebackenen, noch warmen Zimtschnecken und Tee in der zauberhaften Küche. Wenn wir überhaupt etwas zu kritisieren hätten, dann wäre es der Straßenlärm vor den beiden zur Straße hinfliegenden Schlafzimmern, der wegen der Einfachverglasung der Fenster morgens nicht unerheblich war. Ansonsten ein traumhaftes, blitzsauberes Feriendomizil für 6 Personen! Danke José, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Prachtig huis met alle comfort en op wandelafstand van centrum Goes en park.
De enthousiaste verwelkoming maakte dat wij ons onmiddellijk thuis voelden.
Mooie afgesloten tuin, ideaal voor kinderen en/of huisdier.
Privé parking is mooi meegenomen, evenals de lakens en handdoeken die voorzien waren.

Das Haus sieht auf den Bildern schon gut aus, aber vor Ort ist es noch schöner. Wir haben ein paar Tage mit der Familie dort verbracht. Drei Generationen haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Vielen Dank.

Perfekt days in a great house in Goes
We really enjoyed staying at this big and beautiful house. Everything`s been perfect - it`s only a few minutes from the market place, there`s enough space for the cars, we all had great rooms to sleep - I slept better than at home - and we loved sitting in the cosy and warm kitchen. We had everything we needed like towels or tea-towels and so on, information about Zeeland and an introduction to the cooker. Thank you José and Jacq for being that kind and helpful. We`d love to stay at your house again!

Wir empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt. Wir waren wirklich begeistert.
Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr geräumig, liebevoll und geschmackvoll möbliert und die Ausstattung ist einfach perfekt. Auch der wunderbar angelegte Garten mit den schönen Sitzecken bietet alle Möglichkeiten. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Traumhaus-Traumferien!
Dieses Haus ist etwas Besonderes!
Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr willkommen und haben uns sofort in dieses Paradies verliebt! Selbst Regentage fanden wir gar nicht schlimm, weil wir einfach gerne in diesem Haus waren. Mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet fehlt es einem hier an nichts.
Die Lage ist perfekt und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Kinder und Hund waren ebenfalls willkommen und José hat Spielzeug für uns bereit gestellt, was für uns fantastisch war, da wir mit 3 Kindern so weniger mitschleppen mussten. Rutsche und Sandkasten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Garten ist ein Traum und wirklich sehr groß!
Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert.

Sehr schönes Haus
Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr nette Vermieter erklären einem alles in Ruhe. Das Haus ist sehr sehr sauber, hat genügend Handtücher, gute Betten, eine vollkommen ausgestattete Küche und eine gepflegte Sauna.
Die Lage ist sehr Central und alles was man braucht ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Immer wieder gerne nochmal. Daumen hoch.
Ganz kleiner Hacken ist eine Baustelle im Nachbarhaus, die jedoch auch irgendwann mal beendet sein wird.

Wir haben eine Woche (Ostern 2017) in dem Haus in Goes verbracht. Das Haus liegt in der City von Goes, verfügt aber über einen großen Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Eine Besonderheit war der AGA Herd, welcher das Kochen beschleunigt. Wenn im Nachbarhaus nicht gerade lärmende Umbauarbeiten gewesen wären (Oster Samstags bis 17:00..), wäre der Aufenthalt perfekt gewesen. Glücklicherweise ließen die Bauarbeiten dann aber etwas nach - außerdem waren wir eh viel unterwegs.
Nachmieter sollten ggf. nachfragen, ob die Nachbarn mit dem Umbauen fetrig sind....
