Extremely spacious, comfortable bed. Excellent view and overall great location and value the best Climate control.
Door code failure, required 2 calls and reissue of 2 codes to gain access. The original code failed, a reissued code worked only once, yet another code ended up working, but all assurance of care free access was lost and we were concerned that access could be denied at any time. Beautiful kitchen failed for lack of a can opener, no more than 1 hand towel. No pans but plenty of new never used props to give false appearance . Water temperature set at warm for reasons of economy or litigation, I don't know. Living room remote TV remote control did not work, tried exchanging batteries from working remote in bedroom, no better, so remote is not dead due to batteries, but dead because of negligence of staff to check. Instructions for access are although masterfully well presented but essentially missing vital information. PARKING is UNCERTAIN having no other real accurate information other than it is near by. Identifying unit as 2008 should be clearly spelled out as 20th floor unit 2008. A naraitive of the Appartment explaining clearly from a macro perspective would have been very nice rather than presuming and allowing guest to struggle to discern. For example. "This Appartment is a private Appartment sharing the same building and lobby as Hilton Garden Hotel. The Appartment has its own elevator bank Accessable through code entry. NO DOLLYS or any assistance is available for luggage but Hilton shows grace by looking the other way while borrowing one of thier plentiful dollies. Overnight Parking is availing adjacent to he building with automated systems for $20 for a 24 hour period, but ticket scanner upon exit can beep while reading parking receipt and fail to let you out. Contacting parking assistance willl ask you if there are people in line behind you at the exit gate and force you to pay Lost Ticket rate. Gate will open and let you out for free if you hold your ground and contest the extortion of $5 additional scam fee.

It was great , like literally great. Some of the mixed reviews had me really nervous I won’t lie , but we got there and it was a beautiful looking apartment. The view was so beautiful. I loved the view and the pool on the roof. It was clean , comfortable , and I love the location so much. Right in the heart of Dallas. Amazing stay
The toilet in one of the rooms was a bit messed up. We only put toilet paper in there like it said to. At times we had to keep adding water to the actual tank to get it to flush but it wasn’t too much of a bother just a bit annoying. Parking was alittle annoying as well but again it wasn’t bad ether in a way

Numerous issues including the families having to stay in a 1 bedroom when I booked 2-2 bedrooms and lots of issues in the apartment.
