Not enough directional information provided. We were not given access code to get into the building. Some men working in the building let us in and we asked them for the code. No one at the front desk to orient us to where our room was and how to get to it. We were on the 14th floor and the elevator stopped on the 12the floor. This was upsetting to us. Some kind person helped us. Then when we got into the apartment there was no parking pass, left for us to park in the Atlantica Parking lot, so we were stuck with parking our vehicle in the front of the building where we felt we may have been obstructing others. We had to call and wait about an hour and 15 minutes to get the parking pass brought over. Needless to say we were hungry and frustrated. Then the first of our two nights we could not get the head to come on and so the apartment was cold. I tried to get the thermostat to move up bit it did not ever move from 63 degrees no matter what we did. The next day the ice maker did not work.
