About this condo rental

Nestled in Villasimius, this lovely condo for $114 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Rent finely furnished two-room flat inserted in a prestigious residential condominium called LA RESIDENZA DEL SOLE 1 with a large swimming pool equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and a lifeguard service. In the pool for children under the age of 14, the presence of a parent or an adult is mandatory; the activation period of the same goes approximately from June 15th to September 15th. Hours of use (subject to change) are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm. The apartment consists of a dining room with a 32 "LED TV and a sofa bed, an open kitchen with a microwave, a bell oven and everything you need to cook, a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom with a bed inside. bunk, balcony with washing machine and sink, large panoramic terrace equipped for outdoor dining with table chairs and 2 deck chairs. The residence is about 600 m from the town center and can be easily reached on foot, which is recommended since after 7:00 pm the whole center is closed to traffic and becomes exclusively pedestrian. The various beaches in the area are all within a 2 km radius and can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. Adjacent and EXTERNAL to the residence there is a large very convenient public parking. IMPORTANT there is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the house; being on the 1st floor not beaten by the sun the house is always cool and ventilated. There are NO mosquito nets.

We (2 adults and 2 kids) enjoyed the stay and the owners were really nice and welcoming. Short drives to impressive beaches are the big plus. The property iand the cluster of houses is pretty; it's on the outskirts of Villasimius, so it's a bit of a walk to get to the lively town centre (abougt 1.5km), but there are good restaurants nearby. Graet north facing veranda where we ate every evening. The pool is small but nice and clear, however we at a loss about opening and closing times (e.g .pool closed mid afternoon for 3 hours). The big issues for us, and perhaps it was bad luck for the two weeks we stayed in, was the very frequent and loud howling of many dogs (simultaneously) throughout the night in the nearby farms - we are city people so perhaps not trained for it ... Overall, thanks for the stay.
