We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Villasimius. It is in a lovely, quiet location, while also being perfectly situated for exploring the area and discovering the beautiful surrounding beaches.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace was a real highlight and was perfect for enjoying meals together. The air conditioning was also the cherry on top, especially given how hot the weather was this summer!
The host was fantastic — very attentive, responsive and always available to help whenever we had a question. They also kindly suggested that we could use the beach equipment, including a beach umbrella, chairs and buckets for the children, which was a lovely and very useful extra.
All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Appartamento molto curato e ben arredato. Pulizia impeccabile e elettrodomestici di ultima generazione. Fernando è un host molto premuroso e attento alle necessità dell'ospite: esperienza da ripetere assolutamente.

Mi complimento con il padrone della villetta, una casa bellissima, ben arredata e completa di tutti i confort, mi sono sentita a casa. Ho trascorso 10 giorni da 10 al 20 agosto e sono soddisfatta del periodo che ho trascorso.2 bagni più una doccia esterna e la brace. Anche il proprietario cortese e disponibile. La consiglio a tutti anche per la posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dal Paesi a 100 MT da Eurospin e Coop e a 5 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia.
Le foto di booking sono fedelissime alla realtà

Bardzo piękny apartament z 3 sypialniami , nowoczesny , czysty , wygodny , przestronny i bardzo gustownie urządzony , wszystkie meble i urządzenia są dobrej jakości , piękny i wygodny taras z dużym stołem , był też drugi mały balkon z suszarką na pranie , oraz trzeci mały balkon na segregowane odpady , dobre WiFi i super klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu , wygodne łóżka i poduszki i dwie fajne łazienki , duży zapas papieru toaletowego , a w kuchni ogromny zapas kawy w kapsułkach i cukru oraz innych rzeczy do gotowania i mycia, była też zmywarka , bardzo zadbana i bezpieczna okolica , cisza , blisko sklep Coop z bardzo dobrym zaopatrzeniem i gotowymi i pysznymi daniami na obiad , do centrum od 10 do 15 min piechotą ale można też podjechać i bliżej zaparkować bez problemu, w mieście na głównej ulicy mnóstwo restauracji i barów i sklepów, plaże wokół są różnorodne od małych i spokojnych po szerokie i zorganizowane i są bardzo piękne czyste i z dobrym dojazdem, do Cagliari jest 1 godzina jazdy autem , miejsce parkingowe jest tuż pod domem, na posesji jest też miejsce z meblami do wypoczynku oraz schowek na leżaki i parasol -mały i duży - ten mały niestety połamał się mi się na silnym wietrze na plaży - oraz fajne leżaczki plażowe, posesja zamykana jest bramą a wejście do mieszkania jest po schodach
To że nie było blisko baru by rano wypić cafe ale za to była cisza i mnóstwo kapsułek z pyszną kawą w kuchni
