Was 38 degrees plus every day, so the pool! Also villa was very nice, split over two levels. Great area with many nice restaurants and cafes around Arezzo. Ms Maria who owns it is also a lovely, helpful person.
Took a while to negotiate the track leading to the house in our car with a low body kit 🙂 but got the hang in the end - would be no problem for a higher riding car.

Schöne Terrasse
Heizung war nur in einem Teil des Hauses möglich. Insgesamt besteht etwas „Sanierungsbedarf“

Die Lage war hervorragend. Sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist sehr schön und komfortabel. Sehr empfehlenswert.

The house is very big in a very big garden so there is a lot of privacy, peace and quiet.
Very nice typical Tuscan view from all the rooms.
The kitchen is downstairs, small, separated from the main area, dark, not well equipped and the electric light is very weak
There was a lot of dust in the house
There was an extra charge for the heating that we felt was exaggerated. Not a big sum but it gives a bad feeling.
