Never again!

Location.

Several Broken wall switches in the area with the pool table, laundry room and the master bedroom, so there was minimal light in the master bedroom. Someone did come out to fix it but left and did not say anything so we were waiting up and received a call from the property manager that said that the maintenance person left. The property manager said that the maintenance personnel would return in the morning at 10:00 AM, so we had to stay around and waited but they never showed up and no one ever called to communicate an update. I truly did not appreciate all of the consistent automated text messages, phone calls and neither the late phone call at almost few minutes before midnight because someone at the property management added the incorrect information on their end in their system and we were pretty much strained to pay up another way because we were already in the property. The property management proceeded to say that the charges were higher than agreed upon, but this was addressed and they no longer pursued to charge additional charges.

I confirm that I wanted the house they asked for a copy of my license I sent that, then they sent me another text and said they needed a selfie with my license I’m on my way to Las Vegas and they canceled and rent it to someone else

construction debris they charge you an extra $250 then it’s a late check in people were in the house during check in didn’t finish cleaning people show up to the house while you’re there made me take out 5 trash cans that’s weren’t mine scared because I would not get deposit back yet I’m still waiting on my deposit this was not worth the price
