So much space and I love that there’s so many doors!

The apartment was on the top floor and carrying the luggage up was a bit difficult, but we managed. Something to be made aware of when booking. But overall it was a great stay.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of Federal Hill. The host Matthew is professional and very responsive to messages.

When we arrived, the apartment was dirty and needed a major cleaning. There was trash under the bed and dust all over the place. The bathroom was filthy and requires major updating. As a third floor apartment it got very hot at times. Although the apartment is advertised as air conditioned, only 1 of the 3 bedrooms has AC. There are ceiling fans but they only move around the hot air. Additionally there is a long spiral staircase which is narrow and can be difficult to navigate. The parking situation is far less than ideal as parking is not on site and can be difficult to find, especially on a Saturday night when the entire street is closed off. Beware that the apartment is located right next to many bars/restaurants with late night music and traffic and it gets very noisy. During our stay there was ongoing construction which started early in the morning. There is a "game room" advertised however one of the games is broken and the other needs repairs.
