The spot is amazing! It’s literally close to all the important things you need to explore in the city and close to the best restaurants! I loved that it had a lift and it was easy for us to find the door ! The corridor inside, between the rooms is lovely. Lovely design and light! It was great that they keep an iron and ironing table for the guests of the room outside the room( for all the rooms) so we could use it anytime of the day! The communication with the stuff through the phone - especially with the guy was great , he is very kind and helpful and the fact that they happily accept dogs makes them even better !
The room is comfortable and also the bathroom. Everything was clean and beautiful ! The shower is perfect ! It’s closing with a big door that is a mirror from the outside - really nice! Also the fact that their stuff is cleaning the room and change your towels after the 3rd day of the stay was really good.
The only thing I did not like is that the air condition is making noises the whole time that is working.
And something that has nothing to do with the hotel, but I wish we had asked more about it, since we came by car we had issues with the parking which was kinda far away, judging only by the fact that we had very heavy luggages. And we needed to make 2 & 3 routs. This has nothing to do with the hotel though. We were informed about the fact they don’t have their own parking spots. Also , Trieste has expensive parkings in general. The closest close and guarded parking to the hotel charged us 30 euros per night and that was a price with a discount from the Suites.

There was a lift to the 3rd floor. The room was clean, quiet, recently remodeled. Host was responsive and let us check in early. Host had some breakfast items on the kitchenette with coffee & water in the fridge. Loved having access to the washing machine.
It’s a Murphy bed. It was not a surprise. It was as pictured and described.
