The room was lovely. A/C perfect as it was so humid. A few minutes walk from the Main Street which was not a problem. Cooper was amazing. Helped us with everything including getting national park entry online which we struggled with. Met by a guy (sorry can’t remember your name) at the water taxi who took our bags, and when we left he took them back again. All the staff were wonderful and friendly. Just be aware, no TV in the room which in some ways was nice as we were only there 2 nights and wanted to see around the town. 100% would recommend staying here. Welcomed by a bird eating a snake which is really unusual. Book tours through the hotel. The canoe trip is well worth it and the evening turtle tour.

The best hotel in Tortuguero by far if you want an amazing comfortable experience and contact with locals. Cooper and the team are amazing. We stayed with full board and each meal was delicious. Copper also booked the tours for us (boat, tortuguero cerro and turtle nesting). Tortuguero is one of the most beautiful places in the world!

Amazing place in the jungle with very nice people. Everything was great, good breakfast and very nice and clean room.
We booked boat and hking tours at the hotel and had a very good guide.

Great breakfast and the room was kept spotless.
Beware when paying or booking a tour that they don't switch from dollars to colones at an old rate of 500. The rate is much lower now. Always pay in dollars if they try to do this. It would have cost us an extra $150 if we had let them do this.
