The check in was such a hassle. This is the first time i have checked in whereby i need to pay extra just to use the electricity. It was not even clearly stated. True enough the electricity shut itself off in the middle of the night! It was so hot and we thought it was a power trip but was only informed that we needed to pay extra to use the electricity Secondly, the linens were not clean. It was smelly for both the beds and when we lay down on our beds, it felt so itchy! Not just for me, but for all of us.
Lastly, the 5000 pesos was agreed to ge deposited back to my account. I checked out on 15 March and till today, 8th April, the money was still not deposited back.

After paying abnormal amout of funds for a two night stay a security deposit of 4000 peso. Karla D. from Azure management refuse to process the paperwork to have access to the complex. I had no choice but to cancel this reservation. Azure management scam there costomers, because of the cancelation I all so lost 7000 peso that I had to ask the credit card company to back by filling a fraud case.
I was Airbnbing a unit in Miami Tower for 31 nights. This request to stay was for extra family to come an enjoy the property. But Karla D. blocked this effort and scammed me of my funds. The credit card company only will reinbust what was on the card the 4000 peso I have loss forever.

NEED TO BAN THIS PLACE FROM ANY BOOKING SITE............refund for security deposit takes time, azure mentioned that it will be refunded in 14 days, mine is more than 14 days and sent them the clearance after so many reminders no reply and refund received. and this is the only paid staycation i exprienced with prepaid electricity and we need to pay addition in order to have it back......beware they will not mention it.

The room was not even maintained properly , Ac was dripping, bedsheet was wet, it’s disgusting and it was an unpleasant stay, will not recommend to anyone.
You can’t contact the owner of the property or there should be a representative atleast if there is any complaint, not really happy with the service.

Refund for the security deposit takes longer than usual. And I don't even know if it will be refunded eventually. The payment of the deposit is higher than the stay, so if you think that you are able to save boking from them well, think a hundred times.

A very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good and comfortable bed. Host and staff are great host there when you need, Very nice and wants to share all she/he knows about the area. We had a great stay!
Check-In process is a bit hassle if you did not secure your GAF in advance.

How hard it was to check in & that they ask for deposit equal the amount of the room so you end up paying twice right off the bat. The room didn’t even have toilet paper or towels or extra covers to accommodate 3 people.

The agent is not accommodating, I booked for self check in and they agreed that i will stay in the unit st tropez unit 1909 . The agent who assisted me asked for security deposit and they said it will be refunded after check out . Its been 2 months already I booked but until now my security refund has not been refunded . They did not respond to my email or messages.
Its not a customer friendly because its cost around 2400 pesos for the security deposit .

Their customer care was really poor. They asked for exorbitant security deposit which was not spelt out at the time we made the bookings. Because of that, no room was given and the upfront payment of 8700pesos was forfeited.

NONE. The property asked to pay security deposit when it was not indicated when we booked the reservation. They gave us options to pay the security deposit but none of them worked. We asked to settle it once we arrive so they can give us GAF but they did not agree. It's so difficult to contact the property. There's no active phone number. Misleading description of fees when we made the reservation. So much hassle and a total SCAM.
The property was so difficult to communicate and had misleading advertise on their page. Did not indicate that there will be security deposit to be paid up front after I completed my payment and reservation. They provided qr codes where to send the deposit fee but all were not working. Do not book on this property. Just a waste of money and time. I booked this reservation to relax with my cousins but it just gave us so much stress!

I was scammed by this booking. The staff at the lobby of Azure did not allow the guest to enter the room because she did not receive authorization or permission from the owner of the unit. The guest waited for 5 hours to be accommodated, but end up being rejected, because the transaction is not authorized by the unit owner.

I like that it was clean. However they need to check the blanket.
The customer service is hard to communicate with. I have been following up with them about my security deposit refund. It's been a month going two months now but I haven't heard back from them.
At first they will say that you will get the refund when you check out but on the day of our check out they will send you a message saying that you will receive the refund after 14days which in my case is not.
I am sending a follow up everyday but no one is responding to me.
It's very disappointing!

The staffs were kind. They were strict but they were just doing their job properly to keep their clients safe.
The hosts were slow in response. Since its a popular place for the wave pool, it was overcrowded. We wanted to swim in the other pools but we weren't allowed even if we paid for our stay.
