Close to the airport. Lots of food choices in the area. Value for money.
It may be just coincidental for me but if you park in the basement without an RFID and the intercom is not working you won't be able to get to your unit. You have to hope that a roving guard comes to assist you or someone from your group actually comes to assist your from the inside. It was a hassle let me tell you that. There is no reception signal in the basement so there's no calling for help.

Near the airport and to some shops
That we had to pay for the swimming pool for 1 extra person.

We like the very quick response from Omar whenever I call for the ETA. And helped when my sister arrived first before us.
It was fine for us. But would recommend enough number of soap and shampoos for the number of people should be available. But overall, great place to stay for a wee stopover in Manila.

"Location is ideally located near airport, great for layover. Property is exactly what it looks like as per description. Owners are very responsive. Kuya Omar (caretaker) attended our needs promptly. H..."
