This property had everything that we needed, including a coffee pot which was not covered under amenities included. The beds were all very comfortable, however the pillows were not. They were extremely soft and offered little to no support when sleeping.
I wished that someone could have cleaned the glass on the sliding glass doors, so that we could have enjoyed the view more. The patio was well stocked with good heavy chairs and a small side table. It was a please taking coffee out and listening to the waves.
This property had everything kitchen tool imaginable along with multiple pots and pans to choose from. Although some needed replacing due to nonstick surface peeling off but there were plenty others to choose from.
Unit was clean with enough towels provided for full stay.
Trash chute was easy to locate and operate.
Overall my family and I were very pleased.
Sliding glass doors and windows could have been cleaned.
Wall where trash can was located needs to be wiped down.
Pillows needed to be firmer to offer more support.
WiFi was slow, had to use my hotspot for streaming movies and laptop.

The view was great. Trever, one of the security personnel was above and beyond with customer service.
The indoor pool did not look clean; it was cloudy. We didn't know that the property was half hotel and half condos. Mia part of the front desk staff was very rude, and lacked customer service skills.

Everything, so many amenities!

Good location, great views.
Was very clean.
Cheap
No WiFi in the unit and the building wifi is terrible.
Netflix would only work intermittently, Amazon Prime wouldn’t load at all.
The floors are cleaned with some sort of cleaner that leaves a sticky, slippery film on the floor. And it’s worse since it’s all tile.
We like to cook breakfast and lunch, the pots and pans are garbage.
Some of the Furniture is dirty.
