Pleasant stay - once we found the place!

Location was good, once we found it.

Very hard to find arriving in the dark. There are several Prime Rooms nearby and this one doesn't have an English language name. Also our instructions said we were on the first floor and we spent 20 minutes failing to get in until we rang up and were told we were on the ground floor. Gaaahh! In Japan the ground floor is the first floor but would have been clearer if the Japanese instructions had been translated more clearly.

In a quiet residential area, it was very quiet outside.

I couldn't sleep because the guests on the first floor were so loud.

いろいろ残念、改善点多々

車をすぐ隣に駐車できた。部屋の広さがゆとりがあった。

チェックイン時、玄関にタッチパネルキーが付いていたが、送られてきた情報と違うもので混乱した。結果的に玄関の鍵は掛かっていなくてそのまま入れたのにタッチパネルキーが付いていたので分かりにくかった。その際に管理の電話番号にかけて女性従業員と話したが話も噛み合わず、状況理解するのに時間がかかりスムーズに入室できなかった。もっと分かりやすく案内をするべき。部屋のソファやブラインドには汚れやシミが付いていて、清潔感が低い。キッチン用品もフライパン等が劣化しているのに交換しないのか？ 2階に別のゲストが泊まっていて、話し声は聞こえなかったものの、早朝に歩く足音がかなり響いて目が覚めた。部屋全部のカーテンも紙のブラインドだけなので陽がでてくると眩しくなります。総合的に、価格はリーズナブルだがまた泊まりたいとは思わないレベルでした。

・着くまでの道がかなり狭い。　ワンボックスだと車の運転が上手な人でも大変かも… 　また、駐車場も結構狭く縦列駐車だがテクニックが必要。・少し部屋の臭いが気になった。・洗面台の排水口が掃除されてなくて水が流れなかった。・値段は安価だった。・寝るだけなら許容範囲
