We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions we had. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, with easy access to a nearby mall, making shopping and dining options readily available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

We came in just after the Hurricane Lala hit the island. The power was out, the elevator was down, people were trying to book extra nights. It was a frustrating, stressful situation for the staff. And despite all the problems, they were kind, courteous, tried to meet all the customers at their level of frustration with a smile and as many options as possible. Once the hotel was back online, all of the staff from the front desk, housekeeping were friendly and always asked if we need anything.
