I arrived in the morning but got my room right away! I stayed in a courtside room, which can be a little noisy if close to one of the main streets.
The rooms are only cleaned on demand!
Overall, great location close to the tram lines.

My granddaughter had surgery that day and was in pain. The front desk gave us the wrong room (one bed 2nd floor). My granddaughter had to go up the stairs then down the stairs to get to the reserved room (two beds ground floor). We were given two bottles of water for our trouble.

Very clean and comfortable.

Overall solid hotel. Staff were all very friendly. Room sizes are great! They were very accommodating about an early check in which was a huge help since I was coming from the East Coast. I appreciated the stores in the main area. Didn’t use the pool but it was busy with families looking like they were enjoying themselves. Close to everything.
It’s a large property and navigating the halls back and forth to my room felt a bit like a maze but I got my steps in.
Cons: As others mentioned, the mattress protector is plastic and you can tell. It did cheapen the experience a little. My room was never serviced which might be fine if I was told that was going to be the case. I would have called the front desk rather than assuming by Day 3 I would have a towel refresh.
I would consider staying again if I’m back in town.

The bed was fairly comfortable, but there were stains on the upholstered chairs, odd debris and exposed chords (wall heater) in the bathroom, and all the bedding and towels smelled of old body odor. The floors had obviously not been vacuumed as there were toenail clippings there upon arrival. We were cold and needed extra blankets, it took two calls and 10 minutes or so to get anyone at the front desk to pck up and another 20+ minutes to get the blankets to our room. Overall it was quite the let-down for the price.

Location is convenient. Beds were not comfortable. There was a little mold on the bathroom sink.

One sink was broken and the screen door didn’t work either.

Nice hotel with a beautiful and comfortable lobby, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed a large room located in one of the smaller buildings on the property that had comfortable bedding and luxurious towels, ample closet and large bathroom. However, on the last night, the heat stopped working on a cold and snowy night. Maintenance advised that they fixed the boiler, but we had to wait to feel the heat because one boiler heated the entire building. We called the front desk again after it felt the room was getting colder, but the maintenance workers were gone for the night. They offered us another room in one of the other buildings or more blankets. Given it was midnight, we were in pajamas, and we had to be at the airport at 7 AM, we chose the blankets. In the morning, the room was cold when getting ready. Although we were given one free night, the experience left a negative impression of the hotel. I believe I got a cold from the trip.

We enjoy staying at Little America but this time we did not have our beds made, garbages emptied, or towels replaced. We were disappointed ☹️

Only complaint is that the bed was hard. Needs a pillow top

Was supposed to be down the hall from my sister, was clear on the other side. Paid for a king suite, that's not what I got. No up-to-date plug ins for phones/ devices. Broken fixtures. Toilet wouldn't flush unless you held the handle down the whole time. Door wouldn't seal all the way. Wasn't told I had to pay $18 A DAY for parking on the premises I was staying at. No maid service unless I wanted to pay extra for it. I had heard great things about this hotel and expected a decent experience but unfortunately that wasn't the case.

Pictures did not match the size of room I got after the front desk said I even got a free upgrade. The room was a downgrade from the pictures. Then the room given was right next to tracks and loud. They nicely switched us rooms to a downgraded two queens with no perks or refunds. Room was nice but said about bait and switch.

Arrived for an on time check in, was told the room is not ready. Would not give us an ETA but asked for a phone number. After an hour went by we went to see what was going on and found the room was ready. Fast forward to bed time. The Heat/Air system seemed to be locked to 68 degrees and if adjusted would cool for a short amount of time then heat the room back up. After waking up multiple times due to the heat being on we decided to leave at 04:45. Front desk attendant could not care less. Took our number for a day manager to call and the call never came.

I really enjoy staying at little America it is a very nice hotel and I have been staying there for years

Location is good. Less fancy than the Grand America but good all around. The only complaint was almost 24-hours without internet, following a snow storm... which made it difficult to work. But before and after that, I enjoyed the stay and the staff.

Nice hotel. Little bit too big for the staff.
They charge per Amazon package delivered.

The reviews for Little America Hotel were spot on, and really good. I will agree this is a great choice of a hotel in SLC because of its convenient location, 24/7 front desk staff, and ch pool arm of this Victorian style hotel. It has so much character and charm. I did not dine in the restaurant, but I had daily coffee from the lobby cafe, and it was great. There’s a quaint sitting area by a fireplace on the 2nd floor to sip coffee and enjoy. The gym was small, but well arranged to maximize the space. The overall hotel was extremely clean and maintained throughout the day. The “garden” room I was in was not part of the main hotel tower, yet it was still connected to the hotel. What I loved the most was the bedding! This was one of the best hotel sleeps I’ve had in a long time! I loved them so much I actually want to purchase for my home! I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return again soon!

Great place to spend the night in comfort, room was spacious, really nice. The tower was great with views. Especially after the snkw fall.

Old room, no AC, tv is too high

Such a great stay! I originally booked a garden level room but was upgraded to a tower room. That elevated our experience so much and we had the best night celebrating our anniversary. The only downfall was there was only 1 elevator working before checkout so I was stuck waiting to go down for about 20 minutes. We tried the brunch buffet as well, it was worth the try but I probably wouldn’t try it again. Overall, such an amazing night. We definitely will be back!

Always had difficulty finding a parking space. Did not like no lock on shower room in swimming area. The safety lock at the top of the door was only half there.

Very enjoyable experience!!

It was good and a better priced hotel in downtown SLC. But it is getting older than others ones.

Loved the bedding, in fact already ordered the pillows used on our bed.

Everything was excellent and so elegant. The pool was awesome!

We stayed in a corner room, it was very noisy because of the 2 streets outside. Should be a discounted room because of the noise. I will know better next time.

Stayed in the motel portion of this hotel. Pretty bare bones. The hotel rooms are much nicer. Shower water temp very inconsistent. A lot of weird sounds, like it sounding like someone was trying to get into my room, and rushing water by the heater. Maybe it's haunted. On the other hand, it was very walkable to get to the downtown area with restaurants/bars. Also, a decent drive to Park City.

I expected a lot from this hotel because of the reputation and how fancy the lobby is. However the room was freezing when we got there, there was no free breakfast even though the receptionist said so, and when I took a shower the water was up to my ankles the entire time. Then when I checked out they didn't even ask me how my stay was. Could have gotten a lot better down the street for less. Definitely do not recommend.

I ordered extra towels and even stopped at the front desk and I’m still waiting on these towels and I’ve checked out.

Room looked fantastic. Stayed in a Tower King room on the 14th floor. View was amazing as well. Layout of the room is great, and tons of space. Very clean and updated. Only things we didn't like is the bed mattress seemed old and worn out. We had a sleepless night tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. Couldn't wait to leave and get home to our own bed. Showerhead wasn't great. Small and not a very relaxing spray type. Would be nice if showerhead was bigger with a few spray type options. Our room was right across from the elevator so the noise of people coming and going was a bit annoying. Hard to just have peace and quiet with level of noise.

It was excellent stay as always.
