Staff very helpful transfers from airport very quick phone inside of terminal after ringing by the time I walked to pick up point bus was there impressive

Our stay was great. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the breakfast really good. It is central for most places we planned to go - by car, we never got more than 20-30 minutes to reach the places we visited. Since it is close to the airport, it was a little noisy some days, but nothing that really bothered us.

It was a very nice place but it is sort of off the beaten path,it looks like it sets right on a busy street but it is off of a service road and the main road runs overhead.

I was expecting this to be in more of e residential area, not an airport hotel, based on the pictures. But it was fine and the coffee place in the lobby had an amazing ube caramel latte and the barista was really great. Sorry, I didn’t get his name. Also the free breakfast did not disappoint and the front desk ladies were friendly and accommodating.

Overnight stay prior to Hawaiian cruise. Close to airport with free shuttle and breakfast though breakfast was very limited and just ok. Hotel could use a facelift dated carpets and interior. Staff friendly

Overall convenient for a stopover on after cruise to visit Pearl Harbor and Downtown sites. Hotel is a bit dated but reasonably well maintained. Biggest downside is a lot of traffic noise, air conditioner sounded like a diesel when running, and the area is a bit industrial in nature. But a nearby strip mall had a good selection of takeout and a package store for beer or liquor which was convenient. Uber used to get around worked great from this central location near airport. But definitely not a tourist destination. Overnight stopover spot near airport.

Handy to airport for early morning flight to Australia. Free shuttle service. Local bus outside for travel into Waikiki. Didn't have advantage of free bfast because of early departure.

Room is worn and adjacent to an elevated highway…tens of feet from the room. No snk in the bathroom

We were staying for one night (after we took a 7 day cruise), the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, and the freeway/road traffic was terrible.
We had an early flight and I asked if they had "to go" breakfast since we would be taking a direct 6 hr flight and was told no.
Staff were friendly. They really should upgrade the beds to queens...doubles are not comfortable.

The place is ok. They have taken advantage of the location and rehabbed the hotel. It’s still out of date but otherwise ok. Our complaint is that we were a very late arrival for a one night stay and wanted a late check out. The charge was exorbitant for a couple of hours so we are unhappy.

The staff was great. I had a room overlooking the court yard. The front door however opened to the highway and was very noisy. A little disappointing to have so much traffic noise all night.,

The airport shuttle was so convenient. Breakfast was pretty good tho I don’t think the scrambled eggs came from chickens. I enjoyed exercising in the pool despite the traffic noise.

This place looks a lot better on the outside than the inside. Bathroom had been redone but the rest of the building is in terrible shape. Holes in the curtains to the sliding doors, The doors them self very old and not so secure. Would not recommend to my enemies.

This is a economical choice for Honolulu. It's very convenient for the airport, but you get all the sounds of the airport as well. Big planes, fighter jets and traffic. The hotel writ large could use some updating, but it's adequate. The free breakfast was limited in hours but large in carbs, with only a few protein options.

I liked that it was close to the airport and they have a shuttle service. The staff is fantastic and very helpful for a newbie traveler!! Really enjoyed their friendly smiling faces! I liked that it was so close to the bus stops as I had to use the bus every day.

We had a great room on the 11th floor corner. Staff was very helpful, especially Rose and Beau. Plenty of luggage carts to get luggage to and from the room. There was also a shuttle bus to get us to the airport. I accidentally left my walking cane in my room when he took us to the airport. When I discovered this, he left us out at the airport, then went back to get my cane and brought it to me at the waiting area for airline check in. It was so kind of his to go the extra mile, literally, to get my cane for me. I will stay there next trip.

I thought it was average and could do with an update. Noise from window of cars passing most of the night. Coffee machine very short lead and not enough tea/coffee milk and sugar. Very poor standard for cost of room. I compare this with premier inns from the uk which are a third of the price and much better equipped

It was ok. The room seemed like no one was in it for a while. Dusty in the bathroom. Floor looked like it was not vacuumed. Parking is ridiculously priced. Will I stay here again? Not sure.
