Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel is very outdated and rundown. Rooms were worn - bedding was ripped, ceiling paint was peeling, our sofabed was broken, sink stopper was broken. Breakfast food was subpar. Overall - you get what you paid for (definitely the cheapest hotel in the city, for a reason). Will pay more to stay elsewhere next time we travel to Buffalo

Really nice suite much more room than we needed, could have comfortably slept 4/5 people. Very secure, clean and nice king sized bed. TGI Friday attached to hotel is awful, food isn’t that great and service is atrocious, worst part of stay but manageable no on site parking but street and parking garage a couple blocks away. Be prepared to walk a little but hotel is in a great location for a concert at Town Ballroom or show at Shea.

Clean room and highly recommended if going to a show at Sheas Theater. Great for a short stay.

They overbooked and did not have a room. I had a weekend planned in downtown buffalo with hockey tickets and restaurant resevations all within walking distance and they wanted me to go to a hotel 20+ minutes drive away. I said no thanks and drove home after dinner and got home at 1am.

The room and facilities were clean. I really enjoyed my stay. Will definitely stay their again on my next trip. Just a few minor issues that are easily corrected. They ran out of cinnamon rolls at breakfast and pancake machine was out of service. I really don't eat eggs and was not feeling cereal so limited to oatmeal. Of course I did come down both days at 915. The only real issue was that the frame of the bed stuck out pass the edge of mattress and posed a tripping and/or a cut hazard. Maybe mattress had shifted over. I mentioned it to front desk at checkout and they told me they would look into it ASAP. So, really no complaints. Great staff, clean property and good location. As I said, I will definitely stay there again. My fault for not checking beforehand, but onsite parking would be wonderful. But city parking garage was nearby and reasonably priced. Maybe list in ads that no onsite parking-although ads did not mention parking, I am sure many people such as myself just assume there is some.

This was the first hotel I have stayed in in a long time that we thought was great! The room was clean, spacious and so comfortable. It had plenty of room. It had everything we needed. The hotel staff were so friendly and fast. It was clean, updated and so nice. We asked for extra pillows and towels and the staff were nice about it and brought them right up for us. We haven't had such nice staff in a very long time. It was close to everything you could possibly need. We walked to a restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and everything was very close. Super convenient. We loved it and will definitely stay again and highly recommend.
