The hotel is a mixed use building of full time residents and hotel guests. Its not updated (which is why its budget friendly), but its clean, comfortable with a good bed, free parking and walkable location. The building itself is historically beautiful. The upper floors have great views.
Don't expect any frills or breakfast, but if you just need a clean, centrally located accommodation with free parking...then this a great option. The a/c works great but it definitely fights with the curtains. Helpful to bring a clip to hold the curtain back.

location was great for what we wanted
did not like the parking and that the only entrance had stairs ,difficult to navigate with suitcases
