The position was very convenient and check in 24 hours really helps travelling late hours. The room was clean but the bed was a bit uncomfortable, probably quite old.
Breakfast was on demand and paid for, decent but quite minimal.

I enjoyed my stay for one night at this lovely hotel. It’s 8 minutes walking distance from the central station makes it ideal for a layover among Milan’s airports and within easy reach of means of transportation. The reception staff is extremely polite and efficient, offering great service. The room was spotless clean. I would like to manage the heating as per my time of staying in the room rather than the designated times which however is effective

Bed was of poor quality, the springs were sticking out. Even when the window was closed, the noises sounded like they were right in the room with you. Thermostat did not work.

Hotel is very close to the central station, which makes it ideal when arriving to the city, and also for exploring the city. Room was a bit small but it had a nice big bathroom and a comfortable bed. Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful

Our scheduled stay for three nights in this hotel was completely unpleasant due the very poor Airconditioning while the outside temperature was extremely high that forced us to leave to other hotel next day morning. The real problem was that when we several times complained about it no action was taken and the gentleman at the front disk without naming him was very rude on his response while the lady Shaya was very kind and brought us bottle of water to cool us down. I don’t recommend this hotel during summer time

Beds were terrible. Felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. We could actually feel the springs through the bed sheet. Could not sleep.

Good hotel for a short stay in Milan. Friendly efficient staff. Easy check-in. Well located, close to Milan Central and Metro. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast at the hotel (continental style). Rooms were comfortable and clean. Noise from the street wasn't too bad. WiFi work well. Spacious bathroom. Beds were ok. Would stay again.

Overall we were happy with this Hotel and the the two small cafes beside it at street level. Within acceptable walking distance from Milan Centrale Station. Would consider booking here again.

the staff was helpful but the bed was not comfortable. the location is close to the station but far from the tourist area. The hotel will charge you for the bottle of water in the room.

Nothing special--super small windows, quite noisy room. When I asked for an iron, they told me that it was not possible to get one as it's "illegal", claiming that all others hotel are not compliant with regulations.

Nice hotel with spacious room. They did have the pullout couch out and when we asked if it could be put away, it couldn't as it was stuck. The bed was a bit firm, but nice overall. The bathroom was big with a nice big shower! Overall, would stay again.

The room was ok but the shower (in our room) was not so good. The water pressure was really low.

We were required to book a last minute stay in Milan because of a flight delay. We were only in town overnight and left the next morning on the train, but the staff at the Soperga were friendly, professional and accommodating with our late arrival and early departure. The room was well laid out for a triple, everything was clean and modern. Also the location the train station was perfect, and we also visited a fantastic pizzeria that was less than a block away. Would recommend.
