Staff could be trained a bit more on general tourist information in the city. Improve with their English considering they are in front of the public.

Room was quite large, it didn't have aircon but a large fan was provided. Hotel location was great, right by the station and within walking distance to the old town.
There wasn't a bar in the hotel but everything in the mini fridge in the room was 2 Euros.

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. One of the oldest in Munich. Traditional and v refined in its decor. Pristine + elegant throughout (lobby, rooms, bathroom). Staff is beyond helpful + food @ the reataurant, superb.
Almost wept when told that the family owned for a zillion years place was recently sold + will close down in January for a 2 year renovation. So HURRY before it turns into a want to be cool and corporate friendly hotel like all the rest.
