2 rooms one the air and bathroom light didn't work.

It was terrible. Customer service was not good. No phone, microwave or refrigerator. Shower handle was broken hard to control water temp.

Everything was clean and largely in good condition. The shower didn't look great. Beds were a bit too firm. The entire complex is surrounded with a fence and gates. I guess it keeps you safe. We stayed for one night on our way through town. Price was good so I would stay again if needed but not if I was staying in town for several days.

Great location but customer service not good. Bed sheets was filthy ask for more sheets never received them.called and asked bout them and when down to the front desk nothing.if you want a cheap place to stay and great location then this is it but dont expect anything more. They didnt even come to see the sheets

There was something that resembled vomit on the bathroom door (picture brown streaks with some small chunks that had dried), the aroma when opening the fridge was what I describe as warm mold (with a touch of stale beer), and this was a non-smoking room, which you guessed it, wreaked of cigarette smoke. If the smells weren’t enough, gun shots were fired at 1am and 3am. I was assured the next morning as I checked out (very early) that they were indeed gunshots, but they were on “the other side of the fence”. The parking lot was full of cigarettes and litter. There were very bright soccer field like lights and a security car driving around regularly, so they were trying to keep people safe. And the hotel attendant was behind what looked to bullet proof glass, so he appeared to be safe. When I called to be sure I would not be charged for the smells in the room, they did offer to move me to another room. This was kind, but since it was very late and I didn’t feel safe leaving, I locked my doors and started Clorox wiping the areas of the room I needed to touch. It was pet friendly, but I did not let my dog touch the floor and I wore shoes flip flops at all times, even in the shower. There also seemed to be steady music blaring or yelling most of the night. So if heart racing fear and no sleep is your jam, this motel has you covered.

Smells like smoking in two rooms they moved us to, dirty, filthy. White towels were black. Random people hanging out.

very uncomfoable experience, a lot strange people hanging around the hotel, coming in and out and stay inside cars, this please looked like a drugs dealing place

i booked a smoking room but they gave me a non smoking room ,and they didnt have a microwave but i booked a room that had that too ,and when i told a staff he said they didnt have rooms there with a microwave but last time i booked a room there they had one.
