The Hotel was very nice, clean and super convenient. Everything we did was within walking distance of our hotel. We loved the stay. The Front desk felt a little less than helpful. My CC was pre-authorized for accidentals twice. Supposedly the 1st transaction did not go through but I showed him that it did hit my CC from my app on my phone. The next morning the same person was telling me that it did not go through and needed my CC again the then I noticed a 2nd pre-authorized transaction. I explained this and he seemed not to care now that he got what he needed. I then asked the front desk Woman that Sunday morning before leaving and she too seemed not to be concerned at all. It took almost 2 weeks for the 1st pre-authorization to clear my CC. Other than that, the hotel was great. We loved it and would stay again the next time we are New Orleans.

The hotel was very clean and quiet, in spite of the fact that we were one block from Bourbon Street. That was actually a plus as could not only walk there but to lots of attractions without having to drive. The staff was wonderful, two especially helpful, I am sorry I didn’t get their names. The first one was the lady that checked us in. She recommended a vegetarian restaurant that was fantastic! The Second Lady was the following morning, she helped us to book a swamp tour. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Mazarin has the friendliest staff in all of the French Quarter. They go above and beyond for you. The location is absolutely perfect for the Quarter, with short walks everywhere. The fountain and terrace is gorgeous. I just can't say enough about the staff; incredible.

Great location! In the middle of everything but quiet inside our room. We found the location wonderful! 1 block from Burbon street, 10 minute walk to Jackson square in one direction, and a bit longer walk in the other direction to the WW2 Museum. We walked every where, felt safe and picked up a rental car as we left the French quarter for the next portion of our trip. We enjoyed the breakfast places close by and enjoyed the House of Blues around the corner for a low key atmosphere and great music. When we were done for the night, we slept well and were far enough away from the craziness of Bourbon Street in our room that nothing bothered us. We would stay there again.

Wonderful stay. Excellent location for any activity in the French Quarter. Easy check-in and out with valet parking. Older hotel but well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was nice , easy access to bourbon street and canal street. Bed was comfortable the only issue I found was the moldy smell (I am allergic to mold so I’m more sensitive then most) which is everywhere in New Orleans and they provide a coffee machine but there’s no where to plug it in except the bathroom which didn’t sit right with me.

Service was good, staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the courtyard is beautiful. The location is perfect, but I wouldn't expect to get a peaceful night's rest. I've stayed at other hotels just as close to Bourbon street where the noise wasn't half as bad. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the bourbon street bustle, to the housekeeping carts, to the conversation in the room next door. The blankets were also very thin. I wouldn't call it a bad stay or experience but I probably will explore elsewhere for next time.

The location was perfect. Hotel staff were wonderfully friendly. The room is on the smaller side but clean. The bed and pillows would be the reason for lower stars. Both were uncomfortable.

Cozy boutique hotel in the middle of everything in the French quarter. Bustling outside the front door, but cozy and quiet in our room along the interior courtyard. Great service, friendly staff.

Staff was nice and location is great but room was very musty, with paint peeling from the wall from moisture in room. Our bed did not have pillows when we arrived and we were not given the deluxe room we booked.

Great location in the French Quarter. Half a block off of Bourbon Street so you can get in and out on foot easily. Very friendly and helpful staff. Safe and secure. Can’t ask for much more. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the hotel, service, location. Bed comfy. Right around the corner from Bourbon. Parking directions! When you check in, drive into the parking garage across the street. They will give you a ticket to take to the front desk and a ticket to retrieve your car. Basically $50 a day to park, but almost worth it. I enjoyed my stay here and will return.

We loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for walking where we wanted to go. There is a lovely bar next door and a great little restaurant where we had our breakfast. The room was large and very comfortable. Great beds and lots of pillows. I would highly recommend this great hotel.

This was a unique experience as the hotel is gracious and not new. The initial look is almost a let down if you want a big grand place. This one is beautiful, snuggled into the French Quarter and well run.

Didn’t get to stay streets were blocked for miles around and couldn’t even get to room. They should have said the streets were gonna be closed to be prepared to park miles away and Uber to room . But instead of doing the right thing they let us book it without saying anything and I had to stay elsewhere. I not happy at All and stay there very often . But after this I won’t be staying again. We stay at least twice a month. I called to ask for help to find parking etc to get to room and didn’t get any help. Wasted a lot of money for a room I couldn’t. Get to . They couldn’t at least offered a credit for next time . But pretty much said not there problem. I had similar situations in past at royal sonesta and was given a room for another night or did everything they could to get us to our room. So I just stay with them in future . Mazarin just worried about money and not the customer . And I will definitely let everyone know to not stay there . My business will be done elsewhere

Overall good place to stay. It was my first time in NOLA so I can't compare it to other hotels. What I didn't like was how the cleaning service allowed the room doors to repeatedly slam as they were cleaning at 8:00 am. I was trying to sleep.

Great character and location. But- beds have almost nothing thicker than a sheet. Cold nights- no blanket in closet. Took 3 requests to get hangers for closets, no microwave in entire place, refrigerator really tiny. Shower controls a nightmare. Had it personally demonstrated to us twice before we could take a decent temp shower. Wastebaskets tiny. Ice machine really well hidden with no signs. Just everything a pain and took a long time to resolve. Wouldn’t stay there again. Car valet person was a 12/10 though!

Great location in the French Quarter. Stay here if you don’t value a quiet nights sleep. Learned my lesson the hard way. Other than that, cool, historic hotel walking distance to Bourbon street and other sights in the French Quarter.

First room they gave us had not been cleaned yet. We booked a jr suit. When we went back to the front desk and let them know the room had not been cleaned he said that he would give us a complimentary upgrade and he gave us a Jr Suit. We were also supposed to have received a complimentary bottle of wine according to our booking and we had to ask for it.

The property was ok, drop bags and go type. I didn’t receive my complimentary bottle of wine I had to ask for it. I wasn’t offered an upgrade and they were available on the app they sent me because I looked, not Platinum status treatment. It wasn’t the greatest stay and it wasn’t the worst stay but I’ll stick with the hotels I’ve been staying at..

Very nice hotel. Not much of a lobby, nice central courtyard. Only serves brunch and not on Monday or Tuesday, there are other food options around that are very good, I would suggest Oceania one block away. The room was great, bed great, shower was awesome no shortage of hot water or volume. The AC/heat quiet. They must use a water softener as the water in LA is typically hard, not here! 1/2 a block off Bourbon Street, which gives a nice buffer. There is a bit of a homeless issue, but they are not aggressively asking for money, nearly every place pressure cleans every morning. I was visiting for business, I would recommend this place, and I would not have an issue staying with my family. If you use Uber or Lyft, they can drop off, but can not pickup in the French Quarter, had to walk two blocks, no big deal unless it’s raining.
