I came into town for a quick one-night Disney trip with my 10-year-old daughter and found this hotel. It turned out to be a wonderful choice. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel was spotless from top to bottom.
We had a great night’s sleep and were able to get up early and head to our destination feeling refreshed. What really stood out was the customer service. After I accidentally left behind an earpiece, the staff took the time to locate it after a few phone calls and kindly held it for me until I could return and pick it up.
Amazing check-in, amazing staff, a super clean hotel, and an overall great experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again.
