I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Suites Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The only issue was that I was charged an additional service tax at check-in/check-out, which I was not expecting since my reservation had already been prepaid. This charge was not clearly mentioned during the booking process. Better transparency regarding any additional fees would improve the guest experience.
Overall, it was a good stay, and I would consider staying here again.

We came to stay for Labor Day Weekend. We chose this place for 2 reasons. 1. Proximity to Carowinds(closest to the park other than Springhill) and 2. Affordability. Not to mention the breakfast included allowed me to not worry about the first meal of the day. Pool was great. Will stay again. Rooms were clean. Towels were large and fresh.
