Pictures are extremely deceiving. This hotel is in horrible condition and in a scary area. My room had graffiti in it, walls were filthy, bathtub was peeling and just overall in really bad condition. Felt very unsafe here.

The staff was super friendly . The rooms were dirty . Bathroom was falling apart , toilet not put on properly , the shower was tore up , shower curtains all messed up bathtub faucet was practically broken , room smelled like old smoke . Carpets not vacuumed & black stains on our blankets . We had left for the day asked for a house keeping and new pillows and no one ever came to clean the room and they didn’t even have xtra pillows . The rooms were a 2/10 not the greatest ( at least our room was pretty bad ) the front staff was friendly tho

Nothing at all dirty nothing worked , no tv , no phone , no heater , mattress was tremble, paint on wall was bad patch marks all over its not worth no money its not fit for the homless very disappointed and wouldn't ever stay there again in one word a wreck 😑

The hotel was dirty and unsafe. There was no phone to call the front desk or if there were to be an emergency. Also someone around 1:30 AM knocked on our door and was looking for someone else in. There was no lock to the door to hook or latch to. The photos on the website are deceiving I would not recommend to anyone you’re better off going to motel 6.

When I first walked into the hotel room I noticed sauce on the paints graffiti on the corner of the Tv. When I went into the bathroom there was a cockroach coming out of the sink drain, there was mold on the shower curtain and the smell overall was mold!!

Room was very dirty and unhygienic. Smelled a lot like smoke for a “non smoking room”. Complained of the smell and were offered febreze but my partner requested a room change only for it to smell the same. Unfortunately could not leave and get another hotel because of timing and having to go to school early morning. Overall it was a bad experience the rooms had carpet which had not been vacuumed at all, very dusty, very unhygienic. Bed sheets had stains. Do not recommend. I wish more court have been done about the situation we were in.

I could not breathe upon arrival I tried to open the window. To get fresh ain’t. To ride of the smell I was smelling like mildewed. And there were ants on the bed..

Wasn’t able to stay, the room was not clean at all, there were hookers all over, beer cans left in the room, lights didn’t work, and i didn’t get my money back. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Entering the room you had to figure out if a light had worked or how to turn it on or even connected, then the room could use a deep cleaning/remodeling. The bathroom fan didn’t work not did the shower! There it sprayed out everywhere or had no pressure due to the pipes not even intact with the shower. There were cockroaches and the layout of furniture wasn’t excessable to open the door for the fridge. When I called front desk asking to get another room with lights and working shower was advised I couldn’t and then hung up. The halls were filthy and the pool had broken rains. I’m surprised they’re even allowed to be running a business. H&S codes not up to inspection at all.

This place shouldn't be on the list of recommendations. I rented this place for four days and it completely ruined my vacation. It's very filthy, blood on the pillow, lights didn't work, urine on the toilet seat, piece missing from the shutters, smelled really bad. Of course we didn't stay there, so last minute we had to start looking for another place. We ended up paying a lot more money that we planned to.

When I got to my room. • Floors were creaky. • Shower had rust or grime on the shower controls. • A hole in the closet. • Tape on the mini fridge. “At breakfast” Serving yogurt, two choices of cereal, pastries, bread, waffles with syrup, bland coffee, and watered down Orange juice, watered down apple juice, No cranberry juice it was water, and water. My opinion, pay the extra another $20-$30 a night for another hotel.

The room itself smelled of smoke was run down and had a filthy carpet and walls. The worst part was that at 9am there was a knock at our door. It was housekeeping. I tried yelling that we were not ready. The girl went ahead and opened the door. She then proceeded to ask if we were checking out today which I said yes check out is at 11 right? She said it was at 10:30. So why was she opening our door if it wasn't check out time yet. I shut the door on her and called the front desk as I was extremely upset. The person at the front desk confirmed check out was at 11 and said sometimes the housekeepers are not aware which rooms are occupied. He did apologize but didn't give it much importance. Opening the door to an occupied room is just unacceptable and made us feel unsafe!

I booked this hotel based upon the price and the location to where I needed to be during my stay in San Jose. When I arrived at the hotel, I noticed the area wasn't very safe. There was lots of suspicious activity going on in the parking lot and around the property. Upon checking in, I immediately checked the hotel beds as I always do because of past experiences with finding bed bugs. I didn't see any signs of bugs but what I found was much more unsettling! 2 very large blood stains were on the side of one of the beds mattresses! I was disgusted and I packed up all my items and left! Thankfully the front desk agent understood why and he apologized and returned my money immediately. I will never book at this location again.

There was throw up that wasn't cleaned by the bed, blood on the bathroom floor not cleaned up and graffiti on the cable box. I have pictures to prove my review. Plus, I have pictures to show the horrible state the bathroom is in. Saturday night we heard either 2 gunshots or fireworks go off around midnight. Shame on Expedia for recommending this place.
