Loved the Warwick! Convenient location in uptown and beautiful property. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. Had a great experience!

Jimmy at the front desk was very short and not friendly. The bar staff was not busy but did not come to our table to take our orders. We had to walk up to bar to get drinks. The bartender was more interested in visiting with one guy.
However, Justin at the pool was amazing! Even though he was super busy he took care of everybody very well.
The a/c vent in our bathroom was dripping and a/c would not cool room during the day but after hours would finally cool at night better.

The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming and answered all questions we had. The superstars of the property were each of the valet team. They were exceptional and really understand hospitality as opposed to service. The only weak spot was the poor guy working the pool on Saturday the 13th. He did excellent given what he was given. Super friendly and hardworking. MANY demanding guests at the pool that day. And he handled it all with patience and grace. However, the hotel management should have noticed that he was stretched thin and gotten him some help.
