Rocky start somebody pulled the fire alarm .people made a lot of noise in the hallways. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

I felt safe and comfortable. I did not interact with any of the staff; my husband checked in and out. We would have been fine reusing our towels the whole weekend but that option was not offered. The parking lot was very well lit. There were some minor condition issues, such as a broken outlet plate/cover. The bathroom is tiny and the door does not fully open after arched shower curtain rods were installed. Overall a comfortable stay.

Had a domestic disturbance happen in the room next door, cops were called and couldn't do anything because nobody pressed charges. The hotel staff were informed by multiple guest what happened but didn’t remove the issue from the property in a prompt manner. I refused to go back to sleep because we felt unsafe and left the property to never return. Hotel staff need to take control and boot trouble guest.

Was not happy we traveled 4&a half hours to stay here and we requested a room with a whirlpool tub and did not get it so was not happy at all. The man at the front desk would not change it because he said all the rooms with the whirlpool tubs were already taken. But went to dinner at a place called Hot Rocks they are awesome.

Smells like cigarettes, pee, & weed. Which I could care less about the weed smell. But there were cracks in the trim and walls of our room, the fridge didn’t work very well, & it smelt like cigarettes. The bed was pretty comfy though and compared to other places in the Dells, it’s not awful. The bathroom stunk like pee & the elevator… well, take the stairs if you can. It’s small and slow. Overall, I’d stay again if I had to, but I don’t think it’s worth more than $80/night.

Was very convenient and competitive priced. The heater/air was a tad loud in the room when clicked on. Very nice breakfast though a banana would have been good. The woman in charge was also the first registration person.. she was busy but very polite and efficient. Very clean rooms

Property public areas (breakfast area) undergoing refurbishment works where noise and dust is kept to a minimum. This does not detract from overall cleanliness of hotel which is of a high standard. Beds super comfortable and everything you need in a hotel bedroom. Breakfast for a budget hotel was good with a varied selection of both hot and cold food. Overall yes I would definitely stay here again. Recommended.

Check in: super easy and swift! Room: we had 2 queen beds. ample pillows and soft, clean sheets. updated bathroom, bright. TV, fridge, microwave. the hotel next to us, residents had a burn out challenge going so it was rather noisy. but that is not this hotels fault. i would just assume that you can hear most ruckus. breakfast: juice and coffee machine, breakfast pastries, bread, bagels, three different options for cereal, eggs, sausage, and a automatic pancake machine. decent spread, limited seating. overall a decent stay, and would stay again.

Breakfast area was well-patronized for good reason, with simple but nicely stocked with assorted breakfast items for all ages and of course the all-day coffee availability. Great room on third floor, with whole building pretty quiet even with assortment of families, large and small, throughout on busy Labor day week-end. Very accommodating staff - kudos to front desk.

The property was very close to all the action of Wisconsin dells. A lot of restaurants very close by. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great, all the food was hot, which is huge for me. Over all a really nice hotel.

Had a wonderful stay here. Yanique was absolutely amazing & answered any questions we had. (I probably spelled that horribly wrong, I’m sorry if I did) Very accessible to the strip by a 20-ish mins walk or by Uber. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location to downtown snd the parkway, in Room fridge and microwave, bed was very comfortable, spacious room/ King suite. Bending was good for late night snacks.
