“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Room was clean. Price was very good. Pool was difficult to make use of due to too many people. It was also a bit dirty in the pool areas. The main entry area was very risky to walk through due to too much water sitting on the floor from pool users. Very slippery, almost fell 2x even though I was being very cautious.

I was very skeptical after reading the reviews but I'm so glad we stayed here. Perfect location! The pool was perfect for my 7 & 8 year old. My 7 year old would have enjoyed swimming all day over exploring the dells. All of the pools and slides were open. I've seen reviews of pools being closed. With any hotel, I have learned that it is always best to call the hotel before booking to check if the pool and hot tub are open. I've had that happen at different hotel so I always call first. For the price, it is well worth it. There are no extra fees, minimum security deposit, free parking! It doesn't give you a pass to a water park but picking where you want to go was nice. Buying tickets to Noah's ark was still cheaper than staying somewhere else that included tickets
