The room was lovely, I really liked that the vanity was away from the toilet area and that there was separate counter space for the coffee teas area. Breakfast was good. Staff was great.

Excellent Stay and Exceptional Service
My experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Boone, NC, was excellent from beginning to end. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. It was clear that the staff takes pride in providing guests with a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The breakfast was exquisite, with a great variety of options and everything prepared and presented well. The staff were also friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.
Whenever I needed extra towels or pillows, my requests were handled promptly. The staff consistently demonstrated efficiency, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with my stay and would gladly recommend the Holiday Inn Express Boone to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service. I truly appreciated the level of care and hospitality provided.
