Overall a decent experience. The Lodge was close enough to downtown where we could walk anywhere.

AC didn’t really keep the room cool.
Staff was amazing and the kids enjoyed the indoor pools.

Our second time staying here (would have been our third, but I waited too long last time!). Rooms are clean, ac is cold, pool area is clean & maintained. Front counter staff are genuinely helpful, accommodating, and friendly. As Gatlinburg is a walking town, this is just far enough back to not get all the noise, but close enough to walk to/from to the main strip. Rowkeya & her manager (missed her name) and overnight lady were all SUPER!! We will return next year for sure
$$$$
