I loved the balcony and how clean the property was. The people at the front desk were pleasant and the increase was so helpful and accommodating. Most employees were wonderful esp the host at the breakfast. We enjoyed his humor and high energy very much. He ran a tight ship and everyone did a great job at breakfast. The food was amazing.

Hotel Kraft is a real gem, at an amazing price point. The level of service, amenities, and ambience (including the beautiful furniture) were all excellent. The concierge/front desk and the breakfast staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious. The panoramic rooftop view is spectacular (both from the pool area and the restaurant/breakfast area). It was quite hot outside while we were in Florence, so we really appreciated the air conditioning and rooftop pool.
