The receptionist charged my room twice. She said she would remove the double charge and it appeared to came off. Then when I was checking out I noticed that it was double charged again. Still have not removed the second charge from my account.

I was looking for a cheap place to stay for a Monday to Friday project we are working close to the hotel. Cant ask for better place, people is amazing, lowa price and if it is true the hotel is not fantastic, everything works properly. Teh convenience store is great, better than most hotels and everything you can need in an emergency is there. Rooms should be painted in some light colors and bathroom is small, but luxury is not what the otel promess, is is a very, very good utilitarian hotel. I am already booking a room for the next week ...

Everything was very secure and everything was clean. The cantina was extensive and I even found "my" gatorade and the ice cream sandwiches that we wanted there.

This location is super close to Universal and the pick up tram was so convenient. Security out front was nice so you felt safe. Room was comfortable. Lots of places to walk to as well. My only complaint was breakfast at hotel wasnt worth the price.

Overall this is a very decent, affordable, clean & comfortable hotel. However, there was one HUGE problem you don’t want to overlook if staying here. I always hang the DND sign on my door for the duration of my stay at any hotel. Rosen has a “security policy” where they will break in your door if you display that sign & don’t answer if they knock. They call it a “welfare check” & do this several times per day to every room. I was asleep when they knocked & woke up them breaking through the door. They couldn’t get in completely because I had the deadbolt latch on. However, it’s EXTREMELY unnerving. Every morning as I walked down the hall, they were doing the same thing to each room with a sign displayed. I actually removed the sign the next day but they STILL pounded on the door that day AGAIN telling me itv was another welfare check. This was not the end of the problem! When I asked them lot to do this again, Michael with security said this was their policy & if I didn’t agree to it, I needed to leave. He literally threatened to make me leave & refused to back off. He was extremely unprofessional, aggressive & rude until he heard me get my husband on my phone. Sadly I would not stay here again because of this.

Good value, helpful and friendly staff, good location. The rooms were a little tired and it was difficult to air the room as the windows didn’t open. Otherwise a very nice stay.

The Front Desk Supervisor made me and my family stay at the front desk for 2 hours because she insisted that hotels.com made an error in my reservation. After showing my confirmation number and payment she still insisted that hotels.com made the error. They did not make the error. After the Manager at Hotels.com called me and then sent what I showed this supervisor, then the story changed and I was all set. Mind you we spent the entire day at the parks and at 10:30 pm locked out of our rooms and standing at the front desk for two hours.

We booked this room for price and also because it said it had a bar and restaurant. We were there for 3 nights and the bar was only open the last night, and there wasn’t a bartender, just a waitress making drinks. Service was terrible. At check in the staff was rude at front desk. At the concierge desk they tried to get us to listen to a time share presentation and we refused she got really rude and ignored us.

When we booked this hotel, it was rated at 8.6. Supposed to have a bar and a restaurant. The bar was never open. The only restaurant is Japanese, which is only open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The hotel is very old. The front desk person at check in was not helpful or very nice. We did enjoy the pool. The rooms are old. We stayed on a side where the door is open to the outside like an old hotel. Everything around this hotel is closed except an Applebee's. You must get an Uber or taxi to get anywhere. It is close to Universal Studios. I would never stay again.

Housekeeping is EXTREMELY noisy. Yelling down the halls to each other, and constantly slamming doors at all hours of the morning. No concept of people trying to get rest.

The Rosen 🏨 is a Beautiful Clean Hotel with Pleasant Staff. Bed WAS Very Comfortable & I Loved The Fact That It Was So Quiet.This Will Be My Go To Hotel In The Future When I Visit Which Is Regularly.

Room was OK, but the smallest bathroom toilet area I have ever seen. Also, the sliding window was glued shut, so no fresh air in the room.

The hotel is quite good but a bit old so you have to be prepared to be put into an older building that is not that luxues. The beds is very good and we did have some good nights sleep in them. There is a microwave, coffe and fridge. The pool area is fine with a lot of sunbeds and the water is heated. Unfortunately was the restaurants closed at the hotel, but there was a lot of them just nearby. The parking Is free. The staff in the reception could maybe be little bit nicer we think. 25 minutes approx. by car to the Disney area.

If you're ok with a no thrills, reasonably priced hotel for the area, then this hotel is perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We did not use the restaurants but the little convenient store was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, well maintained. Our uber driver told us about a trolley stop in front of the hotel. It made it very easy and affordable to get around the city. There is free shuttle to Universal studios. The shuttles back from the park are way too busy they could definitely add a few more to manage that. Overall a very good experience

I have pictures of dirty sheets filled with hair and skin flakes. You can clearly see inside our hotel door from outside the hotel room because the door has a giant crack in it. Did not feel safe at all and was not accommodated at all when asked to switch to a different room.

Check in was cold and impersonal. No conversation of details or instructions. No elevator in building we stayed in and i am disabled. Trash in ice bucket. If this was overlooked, what else was?

Guarded property with security on staff 24/7. Friendly staff. Very close to dining and shopping. Our room was clean and comfortable. Did not use on site dining but did use the fitness room and it is small but it worked well for a quick workout.

Checked in at 11:30 pm at was given a dirty/or currently occupied room. Toilet paper all over the floor , used towels on floor and toilet was used and not flushed. Staff immediately gave us a new room but now we were wondering if they would give someone our room while we were sleeping . Will not come back
