Stayed here as our flight was cancelled and we needed to book an extra night somewhere. Thank god it was only for one night! If we had to stay in Anaheim longer we would definitely of gone elsewhere after seeing the room. You are DEFINITELY paying for location!
The bathroom is a shoe box and is old and needs to be renovated. You walk onto a toilet as you open the door. We had no shampoo or conditioner (containers were empty). This bathroom was just plain yuck!!!
Room above us had a crying baby for a lot of the night. Poor baby and parents, not having a go at them at all BUT for what you pay here the hotel should have the rooms sound proof. I really wouldn’t bother with this place, I’d look elsewhere.

Wonderful stay!
Never have I seen so many friendly, hotel employees working diligently at sprucing up everything around.
Gardening, painting, greeting, cleaning, etc.
I stay in the Anaheim area every other month, and this was my first stay at this hotel.
I will mark this as a favorite.
My room had a outside private patio. There is a large outside common area with lots of large lawn games for family time.
And if all this is not enough, the location is one block directly across the street from Disneyland's Main entrance.

The hotel was wonderful. Staff was very friendly. And it was quiet!! Staying to close to Disney I was concerned about loud kids (I have some myself I totally get it) but it was quiet, clean, fun and super friendly

Everything was amazing BUT pizza press and room service. Never got our stuff delivered and hopefully wasn’t charged for it.

Love staying at the Anaheim Hotel. Have stayed multiple times. Had two minor issues that made me not give a full five star rating. First was I had to call two times for toilet paper and each time they only brought us one roll at a time. Due to a medical issue we needed a bit extra but embarrassed to ask for multiples and they didn’t even have an extra one when we checked in the room. Second was the shower head in our room was crappy. The holes were clogged and some ripped off and no water pressure. I should of called front and I’m sure they would of fixed it or moved us but we were in an ADA room and I didn’t want to risk not getting another that was needed for this trip. Overall those won’t stop me from staying again.

The staff here is amazing from the time you pull up till you’re waving goodbye your family is treated like VIP’s. It’s super cute, retro, not really fancy. Pool area was nice and we watched the Disney fireworks from our balcony for a fraction of the cost of the resort hotels. Walking to the parks couldn’t be easier. I’d definitely return for the staff alone, I’ve paid a lot more for rooms and rarely been treated as well.

This hotel is in serious need of renovation. The air/heat window unit did not work properly so it was difficult the manage the temp in the room. The vent in the bathroom was right over the towels and the bathroom got so steamed up when showing, the towels were damp. The room still has popcorn ceilings which needs to be removed.
It was very convenient being able to walk to the parks so the location is great. The room was very spacious.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by staff to the moment we left, staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here.
The beds were comfortable, but this is not the Ritz, the bathrooms are l little old & worn looking, some chips in the tub, etc. but they were clean.
We had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is super close to Disneyland (10 min walk for us) and close to restaurants and other amenities that are all walking distance. It’s a really convenient location and a great hotel for that price range. I e would definitely stay here again.

Bathroom could use handsoap.

It's not like the photos on the apps! cobwebs everywhere, 3-4 spiders, the water could not be regulated (hot water took a long time to come out and in the middle of the bath it came out cold), the coffee maker was dirty and a pot that was there was all sticky and with dirt inside and finally the balcony all dusty and the table with ants (I don't have photos of everything because I cleaned it myself, just a small spider that came out before I left)

We have stayed at the Anaheim hotel before and had great service and this visit was no exception! From check in to Check out everything was amazing.

Pleasantly surprised with the ease of checkin and parking availability.
Helpful staff and of course location to Disneyland makes it an easy choice. Is it the Ritz? nah, but worth a million bucks for all it offers.
Shout out to front desk professional Niecy for her calm cool collected style.

Good location, easy walk to Disney. Rooms dated but clean and comfortable. Only complaint is pool was very cold.

Great location for walking to Disneyland. Only a 10 minute walk. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The rooms look very old. Many things in our room were broken including the room door lock, the safety deposit box, and the bathroom. That being said when we brought these deficiencies to the attention of the hotel, they fixed them right away.

It was a nice hotel. We had fairly quiet neighbors, but I could see if you got the wrong people next to you, it could end up being disruptive if you were trying to sleep.
The shower head seemed to not be adjustable so it sprayed closer to the wall than in the middle, which was not be ideal but manageable. And it could have been just our room.
But overall really enjoyed the hotel and the people working there were all really nice. Close to the Disney parks and an easy walk over!

The hotel is very nice with excellent theming and great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the online check-in system made that process run fairly smoothly, although it does not seem to fully integrate into their system.
The location is perfect, as it is a short walk to the Harbor Entrance for the Disneyland Resort.
The room was clean and comfortable, but it seems that the windows and adjoining room doors have little to no soundproofing, so we could clearly hear the play area outside and the couple in the next room discussing how many bags to take into the park.

Overall our stay was very pleasant! It was cool to learn about the history of the hotel. And the decor was very nice as well! Very nice staff. Our only notes was that the bath drains slowly and could use a snake, the A/C had to be running 24/7, and the TV screen would turn on randomly at night.

All was good and clean, a bit dated, but the worst was the part that no where was written neither the Hotel .com or The Anaheim hotel that parking Was $35 dollars and specially on a Wednesday and it was the same price for the public. Very disappointed 😢😢

The location with respect to the Disneyland resort was excellent! Short 5-8 minute walk to security stands. The staff were courteous and welcoming. The room was clean, smelled fresh and the king beds were super comfortable! We had everything we needed. Will definitely return in the future. Parking was also excellent and the hotel has a beautiful pool and seating areas for outside gatherings.

Love the location of this hotel. We have stayed here in the past pre remodel. I guess I just expected more than lipstick on a pig. When you’re paying $100 a night you can overlook certain wear and tear. But at close to $300 a night I expected more. A new coat of paint and new furniture doesn’t make a remodel. Granted it’s been a couple years. But the fact that you can see light through the gap in our door jam. Or that they used some kind of caulk to fix rotten wood gaps is more than I’m willing to overlook. Again love the location and what few staff we interacted with were fine but it’s not worth the money for me.

Fantastic location and clean, simple rooms. Great value.

Overall I would rate this stay 4.5 stars. Excellent location, service, cleanliness. Only issue was I could not set the thermostat above 66 which was a bit cold for me.

Such a cute hotel! We loved our stay so much we are about to book a staycation for July! Staff was so sweet!

I love the proximity to Disney. The rooms were decent. A few broken items in our room like the outlets and a toilet initially needed repair. Also the lock on the bathroom door was on the wrong side, making the function to lock someone in the bathroom. All that said you're paying for the proximity to Disney here. And for that it was worth it for me.

Loved that it was walking distance to Disneyland! Staff was friendly. Needed a heater as was chilly in the mornings! Couldn’t get warm air to come out of conditioner?

The Anaheim Hotel is great in regards to the location and the 5 minute walk to Disney. I must say, the staff is very friendly as well. However, the hotel itself is just ok. The rooms seem kind of rundown and need updating and the shower in our room was one of the worst hotel showers I've ever used. If you breath on the water faucet for the shower it'll go from freezing to boiling hot and the shower head had so much build up that water pressure was basically non existent. My other pet peeve is the parking. You pay nearly $200 a night for this hotel and then you have to pay an additional $30 per night to park on the premises. In the future, we will stay at a cheaper hotel and just pay to park at Disney. The Anaheim Hotel just isn't worth it for me.

too expensive for what it is. It's only plus side it's that it's across the street from Disney

Nice clean hotel. Beds are comfy. Room was clean

This is a clean hotel with a retro 50’s/60’s motel aesthetic. The rooms need an upgrade, particularly the bathrooms and air/heating system. The beds are comfortable enough. It’s a decent choice if looking to stay near Disneyland depending on the rate.

Location to the Disney Parks is excellent! The attached pizza place is handy and delicious too.

Toilet is not able to flush on second night. This is my first time to have this experience… I am so surprised.
I would not come this this hotel again…

Comfy beds, quiet rooms, great and friendly staff. Stay here every time we go to Disneyland.

Great stay! Very comfortable beds! Would love to come back when it’s warmer and use the pool. It was easy to walk to Disneyland and we enjoyed our breakfast at the attached restaurant.

Location was very convenient to the park. We got "an updated room" but was still pretty dated. Our room didn't have the patio or deck like most which you would think might be included in a more expectative room.

The only perk of this hotel was location! Easy walk to Disney! When we arrived, we were told we had been up graded. I thought awsome, this us going to be the best trip! The only thing good about the upgrade was the king beds. After multiple calls to house keping our remote didn't work for 2 days until we went to get batteries at walgreens. We had a broken toliet handle that didn't always flush, again nothing done with it after being informed. The bathroom door wouldn't lock or stay shut. And the room was just a dirty feeling and smelled so bad to old smoke. The room finally aired out on day 5. Walk the extra block and stay elsewhere
